Pretty standard outlet mall from name brands to high end and everything in between. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon and there was plenty of parking. The food court had a good mix of Asian, Italian, salads, and fast foods. It would be better experience if they had more entrances/exits to the parking lot. You have to walk around the entire mall to get in/out. read more

This is one of the best outlet malls and has a very good collection of shops in the mix. They have huge parking lot spread across the mall, and you can sleep where to park based on your starting point. The restrooms are very clean and available throughout the mall sections. The food options and vending machines are available too. The sale and coupons are available at their official website if you become their member, simple signing process. The shops at this outlet mall provide great discounts and you get great value. Clothing, travel, shoes, fragrance, jewelery, kitchenware, premium brands, sunglasses, they got all what you might be interested in. I like how they have a lot of food trucks these days. It's so cool. The map and directions are easy, and navigating the store has been made simple. Special sales go around the long weekends and holidays etc.. There is plenty to see here and it will definitely take a whole day if you are planning to do it all.  In between all of the shopping, there are some great choices to help recover, regroup and re-energize from the Food Court  to the Food Trucks.  There is a lovely outdoor seating area equipped with fireplace located near Center Court, and there are plenty of (and much needed) wooden benches situated outside the outlet shops. The entire mall is clean, welcoming and overall makes for a perfect way to spend a day strolling along the shops, relaxing next to the fireplace with a hot espresso from Gloria Jean's Coffees, enjoying the company.  Philadelphia Premium Outlet has a tremendous mix of stores and caters to anything and everything you have a need for or want.  Don't forget to visit Go! Calendars Games Toys ~ they have quite a tremendous stock of fun stuff and awesome gifts for any age. read more

Outlet malls have not changed in the last decade so there's nothing unique in what's to offer, but it's a place to get a lot of basic stores in one place and get some decent sales. I don't think the sales are fantastic compared to normal store sales but if you hunt around you can find a deal. The labels, maps, and food options are great to use! Parking can be crazy on a busy day, there's still spots you just will have to coast around a bit and walk. Getting in and out is a bit odd since many exits only turn one direction. But it still looks new and well kept. They have food trucks and a food mall with your, again, basic options. It seems that while malls are struggling, the outlet mall is doing great and if I had a few things I needed it would be worth a trip. read more

***Tory Burch *** I went to the store today 8/11/22. I was greeted by a lady when I entered. The store is bright and very eye catching. The items on display are presented beautifully. One of the associates by the name of Maria Normina was very pleasant and encouraged me to shop around. And if I needed anything to just get her and she would assist. The sales associates are everywhere throughout the store and are very eager to assist. Once I decided on the purse I wanted, I asked Maria Normina , if by any chance they had a new purse in the back that has not been on display. She spoke to someone in her earpiece. And she mentioned that there is one in the back. I was very happy to here this. Well let's say "Happy Birthday to me"! Maria Normina thank you for the positive experience shopping at Tory Burch! This is a Great outlet mall with many popular stores like, Tory Burch, Timberland, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Addidas, Under Armour, Nike, Columbia, Calvin Klein, Coach, RBX, Old Navy and the list goes on. There are also smaller low key stores selling calendar's, sports memorabilia and personal hand crafted items. There were new stores popping up soon as I saw a store with Nautica printed all over the glass. Many stores were offering military and first responder discounts which was a beautiful gesture. Many of the stores my family and I shopped had great bargains, some stores were even offering 40 to 60% off and buy one get one free merchandise. Since Pennsylvania has no tax on most clothing it makes for an extremely sweet deal! Great shopping outlet with a knowledgeable customer service area with plenty of parking too. I was going to the Lancaster Outlets not realizing that this gem was closer. A lot of great stores to shop in and good places to eat at. We went on a rainy day and my one complaint is that they put the benches under holes in the roof. I went with my elderly parents and they couldn't sit down and rest due to this. The prices are on par with all the other outlets. I would definitely go again but just on a better day weather wise. read more

I've been going here for years and they are by far the best outlets around. They have most stores you're looking for including Nike, Under Armour, Kate Spade, Timberland, North Face, Columbia. However due to Covid, some stores have closed and last time I was there Red Robin was also closed so there really aren't any good food options besides Starbucks, Antie Anne's and a small food court. Despite of this, I do think they are worth a visit if you're looking for specific brands. read more

It was depressing cloudy raining day but Christmas spirit made us shop here. They have over 150 stores here ranging everything. I found some really good deals and also found overpriced stuff, even more than the normal mall. Near food court, they have a big Christmas tree and it was really beautiful. Perfumania - I got 4 deo in $19. They have good offers. I found the superb price in fossil and Puma. Fossil - almost 70% off. In this black Friday, I bought one wallet in $26 and passport holder in $35, both items were under $19 in the store. In Puma - a friend got 2 shoes in $60, priced $40 each. Both were price 89 originally. Gap- As usual, seems in whole outlets, Gap was having a minimum price, but mind it, quality in this Gap outlet and quality in the mall, it differs. Same applies to many stores. $10 hoodie looks like shit. Useless in cold. But you can find a good deal here. Payless - what the heck- it was looking like some dacoits came and looted the store. People were crazy, as the store was going to closed Perm and having 80% sale. Still, not this scene was expected. Lol. Tommy-CK-Kate spade-MK- not that great price. It was okay. Food court - they don't have many options except 4-5 joints. Wendy's, some Chinese and other joints you can find here also Starbucks Overall, not very good price wise, but still one can go shopping. read more

I like this location. But, I feel they could be warmer. I know it is outside and all but, it would be nice to have it be a none smoking place or at least designate place for smoking only. It stinks behind behind people who are smoking or passing by one leaning against a wall just outside a store you are about to walk into. I wish more stores participated in offering a military discount. But, look for those red white and blue stars on the door or window near the enter an entrance. It can be overwhelming to park at times, so make sure you prepare mentally for that. It is actually to bad visiting in the rain. There was maybe a few parts where we had to be in the rain while walking around but, we did just fine. read more

There are a ton of good brands here particularly for sportswear. The outlet is mostly outside with a little bit of above head coverage so if it's raining or snowing it can be annoying to traverse. The stores themselves are good but not the greatest. There are quite a few storefronts that are empty so the outlet sometimes feels barren. In terms of food, the only food that's edible is the Starbucks. The food court has weird knockoff name food options that just don't look all that appetizing. This s, I recommend either bringing snacks with you or going to eat at the food court located in the nearby Costco. read more

I hate trekking all the way out to Pottstown, but this is a decent outlet mall with tons of relevant brand locations. As with all bargain shopping, this can be a hit or miss depending on what day you go, and it can often get quite crowded. COVID has unfortunately made many of the lines get out of control and it isn't a pleasant experience recently due to the sheer numbers of people packing in for deals. I would say come here if you're looking for something specific, just wandering around will probably not do you much good. read more

My family came here in the Spring to do a little shopping, since we wanted to go outlet shopping for some deals. I love the stores they have here, they have The Disney Store which is on of my favorite because I love shopping for my daughter and they always seem to have some type of sale on the clothing or toys and they always have a clearance wall. There is a nice variety of stores that sell sneakers, women's and men's clothing, kids clothing and shoes, toys and items for the home. Whenever I come, I also enjoy visiting the Bath and Body Works and the Yankee Candle Company, which has the best scented candles. I venture in Harry and David every time I'm at the outlets. I love the "foodie" type gifty things. There are many unusual things to choose, but I tend to window shop. On my last visit there was an array of every kind of Moose Munch you can imagine, so I enjoyed the samples! That stuff is dangerously delicious! Also they were sampling the Red Velvet coffee. It was ok. What we were blown away by though was the smell of the Banana Cream coffee in the bag. I felt if it tasted 1/5 as good as the smell I would be in heaven. It was steeply priced at 13.99. They were running a special, 2 bags of whole bean coffee for 22$. We caved, bought that and the Toasted Coconut Vanilla. The coffees did not disappoint. The banana is the most scrumptious flavor I've ever tried and I've tried them all. I am a coconut fiend and while I liked the coconut, the Banana Cream was theeee star! The staff was very kind and friendly. They told us they offer samples of everything in the store- no matter what! I worked for the maintenance department and The supervisor has no relevant experience in the field whatsoever. The premises are clean, even given the number of people who traipse through there. This is one if the better outlet malls. It looks nice, you can walk it in a circle, most stores are large and well stocked, and most importantly you can always find a great deal here. I've been here a few times. On my last visit the best deal was at Timberland at buy 1 get one 70% off select styles. I can't give this mall 5 stars because it's missing high end outlet stores like a Saks or a Burberry. Being that this mall is not too far from the King of Prussia mall, which has many high end shops, I think they are missing an opportunity by not having high end brands for less here as an alternative to King of Prussia. read more

I love that this is an outdoor mall. There is plenty of space to social distance, but masks are required. The mall is clean and maintained well. There are no restaurant options available. It looks like the Ruby Tuesday which was on site has been permanently closed. There is a food court and snacking concessions. The choice of available stores is varied including clothing, shoes, sporting wear, and a few home decor stores. I did notice a lot of empty stores probably due to the pandemic. We visited here today hoping to get some good Memorial Day sales. There is a nice variety of stores men's, women's clothing, kids clothing, toy, jewelry and more. I visited Yankee Candle Outlet and got 5 candles for $50 which is a great deal. Large candles are typically $27 each. I scored two $15 clutch/purses at Nine West and some clearance clothes at Forever 21. The mall is big but not so big that you get exhausted walking around it. There are plenty of restrooms and cushioned benches periodically in case you need to use the facilities or get tired. If your hungry there is a food court and the occasional food cart. I usually stop here 2-3 times a year because it's and hour drive. It's always worth the drive because of the deals I get. read more

Shopping Galore!! Almost all your favorite brands from Nike, Adidas, Express, etc are here. It is shaped like a big circle or oval so keep a map handy or look at their maps stationed around the outlets. The discounts at the stores are fairly good. My advice would be to invite some friends and split discounts if they are buy one get one free if you do not want two pairs of the same thing and or they can shop at similar stores so you can figure out what is the better deal. There is a ton of parking, unless it is Black Friday. The air is fresh since it is near a nuclear power plant. Aha. I have a simple test for outlet shopping. I'm a really big guy. The test is... can I find something in a decent brand name that will fit my fat ass for under $20? You have to search for it at a place like this, but the answer after finding a 4x Columbia Sportswear polo shirt for $16 and some change, is yes. Plus, this place has SAS Shoes (which literally changed my life when it comes to shoe buying last year), and a Casual Male XL outlet where I can actually find other shirts that fit me with much better clearance deals than their retail stores offer. I've been here on numerous occasions and like a lot of the stores and what they have to offer. BUTTTTT after reading this article: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine-archive/2011/november/shopping/outlet-stores/overview/index.htm I was a bit hesitant to go retail outlet shopping for fear that lower prices meant lower quality. The full article in the magazine goes into detail about how the magazine did some detective work by buying the same item twice-(one from factory outlet and one from the regular store) for comparison of quality. Most of the time, the better one was the one from the retail store, not the outlet factory store. Also, the 2 same products were not even being produced from the same factory (india vs china, etc.) and therefore affecting the construction in materials and their durability. I haven't had most of my pieces from the outlet for over 6mos so it is hard for me to rate the overall long term durability, but overall I have been very happy with my purchases and would come back here any time for a shopping trip. If anything goes wrong I'll be the first to jump up and post it here. Favorite stores here are Joe's Jeans, Banana, and Ann Taylor Loft, Forever 21 (HUGE) and the Nike Store. read more

Great outlet only 45 minutes outside of Philly! Came to buy some business casual clothing for a new job in hopes of making the process faster/cheaper/less aggravating. The outlet is large but small enough that you can walk around the whole thing without getting lost or wearing out. The walkways, stores, and bathrooms are well maintained and there are lots of directories to ensure you know where you need to go. They have everything from Ann Taylor to Lucky Brand Jeans and Nike, and the deals at a lot of the stores are great: you'll find anything from 30-70% off at most stores. The food court is pretty similar to a mall food court (which I tend to steer clear of), but outside of the food court they also have a starbucks and a cute little crepe cart. The crepes are sort of pricey and the man who makes them works alone so it takes a while, but they're yummy and well made. I've been here several times before and every experience has been about the same as me. This is your typical shopping outlet with multiple stores including Nike, Adidas and Michael Kors. It's also bigger than your average shopping outlet. Generally, I like this outlet a lot. There's not really much to complain about. Restrooms and generally clean and the outlet itself is pretty well kept. The only complaint I have is I think there should be more food options in the food court. I like shopping at Nike to try to get a couple of steals on running sneakers. This time around I picked up a couple of shirts from J.Crew for a reasonable price. Would I be back? Sure. read more
