I seem to always have a hard time finding my son sneakers. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed and for good reason. There was a big sale going on. I usually hit the back wall first to see what sneakers are on clearance. I always seem to find a great deal. The sneakers are high quality and very comfortable so I can buy without trying them on my feet. They also have a nice selection of sports clothes. The retail price is high in my opinion so I hit the clearance racks to see what's available. I usually walk out with a bunch of good deals at the Outlet store. Staff was helpful and nice. A few different floor staff came by to see if I needed help. I'll definitely be back.

Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A towards the other end…read more They have good line up of sports apparel, shoes both for men's and womens, that's what we shopped here for. The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate to high, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor and assist in explaining about the variety of shoes. If you have a rewards account with them on the nike app, you will get a percentage discount. It's not well maintained. It's okay place to shop for clothing and shoes for reasonable price. There is always a lot of young crowd at this place and you can brand loyalty. Have restrooms closer by to this store, too.

I know Adidas shoes are garbage quality, but I have $100 in gift cards that I need to spend so I…read morepurchased a pair of shoes from them. They were junk and didn't fit at all, so I returned them (unworn) to an Adidas store, who told me by phone that I would be refunded immediately. After they entered the return, they told me was "good" despite having given me no refund. As it turns out, they marked the shoes for return to the Adidas warehouse. I was told I would get a refund "within 24-48 hours of the warehouse receiving the shoes." The website also states you will get the refund "immediately" if you paid with an Adidas gift card, which I did. The warehouse received the shoes on 5/15 and I was due a refund on 5/17. That didn't happened. I called Adidas again and was told that the return could take "up to 3 business days." That deadline was 5/19. That didn't happen either. On 5/21 I called again and was told "3 to 5 business days." That would put the deadline about 1 hour past the time of my call. That didn't happen either. It is now 5/22 - 10 calendar days since my return to the store and 6 business days since the warehouse received said return - and I STILL do not have my refund. In fact, the Adidas website still says "In Inspection." Every time I call, I get someone who barely speaks any English that gives me a deadline that changes literally every time I call. If they pass the deadline, they just make up a new one. At this point they have the product AND my money. Even worse, if I ever do get a refund, it will be an Adidas gift card and I will have to go through this nightmare with their garbage product and worse customer service all over again. Don't EVER buy Adidas products.

Maybe we had our expectations set too high regarding the selection they would have. Even the back self (previous year's models?) were pretty slim pickings, could find even one pair of cleats in his size. Plenty of other Adidas items to choose from in this store, from various clothing to footwear and accessories. A lot of stuff packed into a small space, just not the selection we were hoping for. Ended up going to a soccer-specific store and to Dick's. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking in the lots surrounding the outlets.

When questioning the manager about the possibility of obtaining the bogo offer in store, the manager replied that was not possible, no workaround. His frustration boiled over to the point of a completely inappropriate level of loud disrespectful responses. This should never happen in a retail setting no matter the circumstances.
