We hadn't been to the Outlets in 2 years, so when we entered the store from the parking lot side and saw the enormity of the place, we thought we had died and gone to Heaven! The store had EVERYTHING a Philly fan could possibly want, and in all sizes, shapes and colors. We spent over $300.00 and easily could have spent another $500.00, but we wanted to save some for our other favorite stores. When we were done for the day, though, we came back to RH and bought another 100.00 worth of stuff, testament to the fantastic store you guys have created. There did not seem to be an issue and was given the credit via a paper voucher. Upon receiving this voucher I confirmed with the employee that it can be used online as I didn't live nearby an he confirmed that I can use it online and added they didn't hand out merchandise cards. I tried using it online only later to find out from customer service that it cannot be used online. I called the store to see if they could use my voucher for me and order online from there end and I was told no and they hung up on me mid sentence. Because of the rude service, I will be making purchases from competitors moving toward.
