The employee helping me at the registern couldn't seem to care less and kept giving me attitude. Essentially putting the onus of blame on me, not the company. I then told him that I needed those pairs as soon as possible because the storm was coming tomorrow. He begrudgingly helped me find several other pairs to replace those and I thought everything would be kosher, I would pay the difference on what they were. He never mentioned that due to their policy he could not cancel the original order and I'd have to pay full price for the new pairs and then blindsided me with another $300 bill. I was visually upset by this to which he gave me more attitude and I said this is not my fault and then he said well. "It's not my our fault either, "you can just not show up next and it will be refunded." We can avoid picking those up and you won't be charged. Again placing the problem on me. Never once apologizing about the situation just continuously giving me attitude. The customer service would be a zero if I could give it that. Zero understanding of my situation. Zero respect for me just clearly wanted to leave and as soon as we were done he walked to the back room complaining about his day. Why he kept blaming me and acting like I was the nuisance, is beyond me. I get it, the day was very busy and long. Clearly he had it, also not my fault and no reason to treat me that way. Never apologizing about the situation the online system created. Never expressing any understanding for my poor experience. Never warning me that I'd have to pay twice and wait over a week for my money to be returned. Just blaming me and behaving very poorly. Oh, and the dude was going to throw away my receipt and I had to ask for it. What a PR*** I will go to KoP and avoid this location moving forward. Oh, the gentleman in the shoe section who helped me, he was fantastic.

I just did a small personal order with them and the quality of customer service and product was the same as it is when I do my massive school order. They always deliver high quality printed shirts and are always on time for delivery. They're a great family owned and operated business. It's been a pleasure to work with the different generations over the years. The customer service is great. Being we have such big orders there are bound to have a few minor issues or missing shirts. Billy and Carol gave their direct numbers to call if we need something and they always drop off the missing shirts that day. Their artists are very helpful with finalizing designs and making great suggestions. Their prices are the best around. They're great for local orders. Easy to get to their location offices in Broomall. When you go in, everyone in the office is super friendly and very helpful. The helmet was unused and returned within two days, yet the front desk employee named Jane refused the return, claiming it was "used," which is simply not true. She also stated that goggles must have tags attached to be considered new -- however, the goggles were sold to us without tags in the first place, exactly as we received them from the store. If tags are required for returns, that policy should be clearly explained at purchase, not enforced retroactively. Jane repeatedly emphasized that she had "worked there for 15 years" in a condescending manner, dismissed our explanation, and was extremely rude throughout the interaction. The tone and treatment felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Between being sold items without tags and then being denied a return based on those same missing tags, this experience felt unfair and frustrating. I expected much better customer service from a store with Buckman's reputation.

Stock is extremely limited in stores and growing unpredictable to restock by the day. I just got lucky with obtaining my previous order for Easter. It arrived via this shop, for a store pickup. Those directions were ignored by staff. Oh dear, have we forgotten how to read or do we not care? Well, that was blown off and put on a FedEx delivery truck.I was fortunate enough FedEx delivered that one. My Clam Shell Purse, however, left me on the fringes of my seat. Another "popular item", had to be shipped in store. When it ended up not being in the order shipment, I just requested a refund and ordered it online. Cringing at the shipping courier, FedEx, and afraid knowing they are mostly miss with deliveries (being understaffed and overworked), I thought picking up this happy little gem of a bag might work out in my favor by stopping by my local FedEx Ship Center. Nope! Sorry! They are getting rid of their Customer Care Center, so all packages designated for a pickup will be at the nearest Dollar General. So, my beautiful bag is put on a truck for my nearest Dollar General, only FedEx has neglected to tell me now about the fee for transitioning between FedEx and Dollar General. On top of that, the tracking numbers didn't even match. I was forced to do a charge back. Ironic, given much of VV's own apparel and accessories are no longer American made. They are made in Vietnam, utilizing child labor for pennies that hand sewed that beautiful bag I thought I had. But was it worth all I have been through, nevertheless I am against child labor?
