They were junk and didn't fit at all, so I returned them (unworn) to an Adidas store, who told me by phone that I would be refunded immediately. After they entered the return, they told me was "good" despite having given me no refund. As it turns out, they marked the shoes for return to the Adidas warehouse. I was told I would get a refund "within 24-48 hours of the warehouse receiving the shoes." The website also states you will get the refund "immediately" if you paid with an Adidas gift card, which I did. The warehouse received the shoes on 5/15 and I was due a refund on 5/17. That didn't happened. I called Adidas again and was told that the return could take "up to 3 business days." That deadline was 5/19. That didn't happen either. On 5/21 I called again and was told "3 to 5 business days." That would put the deadline about 1 hour past the time of my call. That didn't happen either. It is now 5/22 - 10 calendar days since my return to the store and 6 business days since the warehouse received said return - and I STILL do not have my refund. In fact, the Adidas website still says "In Inspection." Every time I call, I get someone who barely speaks any English that gives me a deadline that changes literally every time I call. If they pass the deadline, they just make up a new one. At this point they have the product AND my money. Even worse, if I ever do get a refund, it will be an Adidas gift card and I will have to go through this nightmare with their garbage product and worse customer service all over again. Don't EVER buy Adidas products.

Maybe we had our expectations set too high regarding the selection they would have. Even the back self (previous year's models?) were pretty slim pickings, could find even one pair of cleats in his size. Plenty of other Adidas items to choose from in this store, from various clothing to footwear and accessories. A lot of stuff packed into a small space, just not the selection we were hoping for. Ended up going to a soccer-specific store and to Dick's. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking in the lots surrounding the outlets.

The store had EVERYTHING a Philly fan could possibly want, and in all sizes, shapes and colors. There did not seem to be an issue and was given the credit via a paper voucher. Upon receiving this voucher I confirmed with the employee that it can be used online as I didn't live nearby an he confirmed that I can use it online and added they didn't hand out merchandise cards. I tried using it online only later to find out from customer service that it cannot be used online. I called the store to see if they could use my voucher for me and order online from there end and I was told no and they hung up on me mid sentence. Because of the rude service, I will be making purchases from competitors moving toward.

I go online and find a few items got ready to pay and put the gift card numbers in and the PIN number came off with the sticker. When questioning the manager about the possibility of obtaining the bogo offer in store, the manager replied that was not possible, no workaround. In an attempt to figure out a way to not make this a wasted trip, I offered numerous suggestions. The manager named Matt became annoyed. His frustration boiled over to the point of a completely inappropriate level of loud disrespectful responses. This should never happen in a retail setting no matter the circumstances.

I actually went in looking for a shoe I got a year ago, described it to one of the employees because I didn't see it anywhere, and she went into the back and two minutes later came out with it in my size. I was in love at that moment. Socks are great too. That's all I've bought here, but the deals on these are enough to make me love this place. I will continue to shop here for their amazing deals.
