Since F was in Phoenixville on business, I figured I could dash in and check to see if it was still there. When we got to the door there was a sign up saying the store was closed for inventory....oh no I was so disappointed BUT the lovely lady inside saw me peeking in and opened the door. I told her my story and she was so kind and gracious to let me in as long as "I didn't mind the mess". Alas, the dress was nowhere to be found (my fault for not snatching it up when I had the chance). The co-owner even called her partner while I was there to see if she knew the location of the dress. I love when someone goes above and beyond what is expected in order to help a customer. Kudos to you Lulu...I will be back.

They ended up making me a cathedral length veil!!!!, a comb for the reception ( a couple renditions after the first was too big), and they made earrings for my entire bridal party. The pieces were all so beautiful and it was great to have something unique. I'm not sure why everyone on yelp is hating on LuLu. I've had nothing but great experiences with the owners and their products. Check this place out for some funky holiday gifts!

It's nicely set up with a selection of watches, shades, women bags and men bags. They discontinued selling belts which is a shame because I LOVE the high-quality belt I purchased in the past. Actually, I still wear it daily. The back of the store usually has the highest discounted items so I head there first. The outlet stores usually has an additional coupon which makes you want to buy multiple items. I'm a fan of the wallets and bags. The items are high quality and I always receive compliments on them. I purchased shades from the store. The fold cases are extra but so cool and worth it. I signed up for their email list but they don't send coupons (maybe close to rare) so don't bother. The staff is nice and very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

I walked into the store, it looked terrible, like it was closing down. I was greeted by an…read moreextremely pushy saleswoman who was walking a thin line between helpful and rude. She helped me pick out a pair of work boots that I liked (which was mainly just her talking in my face) and threw out random numbers making me think I was getting a deal. After leaving I felt pretty happy about spending $65 on my "$150 fudas" only to find out a week later that my boots actually market at $30. I wasted and extra $35 on a pair of creaky budget boots that I now won't have to buy a actually good brand. I will say I've learned a valuable life lesson which I won't forget, so that's kinda useful. When you see this store, walk by and don't look back.
