Shopping this location for over a year now. My experiences have been excellent in both product & customer service. Needed Edison bulb string lights- found them significantly cheaper than online. What...? Not everything found in the Amazon is automatically cheaper?! 12 mos of weather, still performing & have no doubt if they quit I could return them for some comparable product, if not a full refund. Needed some knock-about clothes; lounge pants, gym socks, workout tees. Was not in the mood to play game of perusing tiny pics, reading thru altered reviews, only to receive a bad fit, or find the color is off, then have to eat it or send it back n' forth. Quickly tried on an arm full of goods. A brand called Spider emerged w/ perfect fit, right color, great value, & used a coupon to save even more. Every bit as good as the Under Armour I was looking to replace & more unique. Visited mattress dept. Memorial Day weekend. The team: Michael, Steve, Terry spent tons of time helping us make the right decision- giving the best price & standing by an offer we made good on to exchange for a better mattress 120 days later if not satisfied. Can't say enough about how convenient, cost saving, & large the selection of goods has been at this location- finding unique bargains on everything from holiday decorations to clothes & bed pillows. read more

I like this Boscov's located in the Coventry mall. They got everything you would need. It is huge and has its own parking. As you enter the store you can find all ladies garments then leading to sweet section followed by kids/men's section. we did purchase some social dress, wallet and shoes. The quality and price are great at this location. The collections seem exquisite compared to other Boscov's locations. Staff is friendly and assisting and I definitely recommend this location. read more

They both blocked me on Social Media for simply asking a question but apparently now days you're not allowed to ask questions anymore because of the BS GOING ON NOW!! read more

If I could leave less than a 1 star rating I would. In 33 years, I have never left a review about a retail experience-- good or bad. I went into make a return at Boscov's today. My MIL gifted me some clothing for my birthday and the clothes didn't fit as I am expecting. I walk into Boscov's and head to the help desk. I immediately receive attitude when I ask if I can make a return. I had the receipt and all the clothes were unworn with tags and new, except for one of the items which did not have a tag. The sales associate CaraSue was the rudest person I've ever encountered. She was throwing her hands in the air because the skirt didn't have a tag, she was rolling her eyes, talking under her breath and frankly, mean to me. I actually said something which I would NEVER do, and I said smiling, "well you're just a bucket of sunshine aren't you," and she damn near bit my head off. Then the associate behind her turned around and started laughing in Carasues ear saying, "who you, a bucket of sunshine" and they just cracked on in front of me. It's hard to articulate how uncomfortable I felt, I just wanted to run out of there. I will never be back and I will let my MIL know who spends a ton of money at Boscovs. I can't see her shopping there again either. read more

I love boscovs! The prices, the sales are incredible. Recently I had a great experience at the Clinique counter. They did not have what I was looking for and the beauty adviser Jackie Christmas went above and beyond to help me. She looked up stores that might have product, found them, called them and arranged free shipping to my house. All in a short time period as I was on my lunch break from work. She is awesome! So friendly and helpful like most of Boscovs employees! read more

Every detail is not overlooked from the friendly, helpful, courteous staff to the little extra special things like free gift wrapping! A great shopping experience. This store is as good as it gets. Everything well displayed and the sales staff exceptional. The salesgirl at the Lancome counter was fabulous and helped me with my purchase even in another area. Somethings are ok for online shopping but this store is the real deal. We bought a Queen Size mattress and box spring in 2008. We have spent the last 3 years trying to have Boscov's Department Store honor their 10 year guarantee to no avail. They have used every excuse in the book to avoid replacing our mattress because one label is missing. We have the receipt and they have a record of us purchasing the mattress but that is not sufficient according to them. They do not dispute that the mattress is from their store they just will not replace it. The mattress sinks down into a vast cavern in the middle. We have to have three bath towels folded and placed under the mattress pad in order to sleep in the bed. Totally unacceptable. Beware...they do not honor what they sell! read more
