They had some products locked in cases which was aggravating because we had search high and low for an employee to retrieve the items we needed. Only one employee had the key we were told. Also the checkout was horrible. You can only do self checkout and there one only one cashier available. They only had one line for both. I believed that slowed up the process. Otherwise I would still shop at target, but I think I would continue to do curbside.

There are NEVER any cashiers working (or anyone working, for that matter) so the only option is self-checkout, which wouldn't be that big of an issue if they were all functioning properly, but there's only ever 2 of them working at a time so the line's always awful. Then *every single thing* is behind glass (I understand for certain medications/tech, but deodorant? Shaving cream?), with "call help" buttons/sensors that don't work (probably on purpose judging by the common theme and attitudes). And if you're *sooo worried* about shoplifting, then why the hell does this Target only carry the most expensive stock??? I can't even get a basic floor lamp here for under $80, and I have to go all the way up to the metroplex or the 24hr Target in Bala Cynwood for a basic $10 one. Oh, and most stuff they won't even put out and you can't get it unless you order online. And no, not even the expensive things like I just mentioned, but the most BASIC things like snacks. I'm never stepping foot in here again and honestly you likely won't catch me dead in a Target AT ALL now.

The manager of the store had me in and out with exactly what I needed to have done in record time, followed up with phone calls to make sure that everything was streamlined, and that I wasn't having any issues even after I left. Since then I've been back twice to purchase products from them and I will not hesitate to contact this location instead of calling the 800 number because I have things so readily available to be there.

After 45 minutes of the two employees not able to figure out "the new system" and FaceTiming other employees for help... yep we walked out with no new phone. $800 sale for them and nothing .. another store we go to. Community Audio is a small store for audiophiles located in Chestnut Hill that I found when searching for a Grado dealer to purchase SR60i's (headphones). It is a nicely designed shop with hardwood floors and brick interior walls. Transportation from center city is best accomplished by taking the R7 Chestnut Hill East regional rail train to Wyndmoor Station. It's a short walk from there. I was met with a friendly owner who serenaded me at length with stories about traveling in Europe on trains and an enthusiasm for his area of expertise. I was treated like a first rate customer when my purchase was a mere $75 in a store where it's easy to rack up a bill of thousands before you blink an eye. If I win the lottery, I'll be back.

He was able to give me a quote over the phone, and actually stuck with that number even after bringing on my super dirty and dusty machine. Tony's service was top notch, skilled, and speedy. The space itself is not glamorous or glitzy, but it does not need to be. This was the most affordable and best service I could ask for. I came all the way from Center City Philadelphia.
