I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. I dropped the laptop off on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. I live off of my laptop because I'm in graduate school and need it for my education, so the time it took to be repaired was alot quicker then I expected-- which I am very pleased about. Met Mark in his home in Parkwood and showed him what needed to be fixed. He went downstairs and checked on pricing for the part and shipping costs and originally quoted me $100 for the job- then said it would be an additional 25 because of shipping costs or whatever.. . which I didn't mind because it was still a way cheaper quote then I received from others. I ended up paying 125 versus 180-250 that others had quoted me and I'm very happy because although I need my laptop to be in the best shape. I honestly didn't wanna pay that much.
