Nice young guy showed up on time, polite, didn't make a mess. Went right to work . Did several tests . Was honest about results. Didn't try to gouge me into paying more money for repairs on a theatre system that was on its last leg. He also was very knowledgeable about TV brand comparison s since I was thinking about purchasing a new 65" Smart TV in 2018.
