Rather they provided a generic quote which not only provided for additional services and supplies that were not necessary for what I requested and the details already provided. I further clarified my request in that it should take no more than a 1/2 to mount the TV mount to the wall (which is all I needed and was described when I asked for the original quote). When I asked for an actual estimate for what I requested (I didn't ask for a discount for the rate quoted for what they consider to be their basic service), I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. TV is wall mounted and coupled with a FIOS VMS4100 STB (4K capable) and a Yamaha RX-V481 A/V receiver. After many hours of troubleshooting and phone conversations with LG, Verizon and Yamaha technicians, to no avail I might add, I couldn't remedy my intermittent loss of signal and black screen sparkles. That's when I decided I needed some professional input. Initially, and due to proximity, I gave AV Media Group a call. I was immediately connect with Scott who patiently listened to my story, enthusiastically and knowledgeably engaged me in conversation, and suggested a remedy. Scott told me he could be there the following day and kept me advised of his schedule so I wasn't waiting around. Scott quickly determined the issue was the cable connecting the lower and upper HDMI terminals in the wall was underrated and in need of replacement. Scott is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the entire A/V landscape. He is a pleasure to work with, honest and fairly priced. The owner, Ildar, refuses to take any responsibility, ignores all concerns, and has zero interest in fixing his mistakes. He make only promises he will be here Never happened. PTZ cameras failed several times from day one, he fixed it one time but after that he said he's not going to do it he wants more money. When I did my research I found it a lot of red flags with wire connection and wire installations was not done correctly. He tried to blame in me I did something. I even paid for a professional site survey from another company , which clearly outlined what needed to be corrected: 1. Add surge protectors on the NVR and the switch in the sauna. 2. Replace the PTZ camera with 2 fixed lens cameras (or at least upgrade to higher gauge wiring). 3. Re-run cables at least 1 ft away from power lines to prevent interference. 4. Add new cable for an additional camera. 5. Install backyard cameras in a proper criss-cross setup. 6. Update firmware to the latest version and reprogram all cameras. 7. Activate microphones and post required "Audio & Video Recording" notices. 8. Enable WDR and adjust motion sensitivities. 9. Rewire the PTZ camera inside the garage--current wiring is overtightened with staples, wrong gauge wire, and unstable connectors. 10. Entire wire needs to be removed and install correctly to avoid any interference and damages in future . All of these are basic corrections to remove hazards and bring the system up to standard. Ildar has refused to address any of it. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Before we start building the deck the camera did not work already he going to twist the stories in his favor .Please review entire record This owner is a liar. Learn from my mistakes. The work is unsafe, unprofessional, and the owner will lie and ignore you once he's been paid.

Perfect. 2nd time, he reinforced my kitchen floor, which had a structural issue caused by updates made by the previous owner. This was a complicated job that required pulling a lot of wire that was running though the joists, moving plumbing, and sistering full sized floor joists to the old ones, in a tight space.
