I made multiple appointments with the owner of Fixabit and everytime there was some.......excuse. Ultimately the owner was a complete "no show" and has "ghosted us" after being long time customers who have purchased several cameras/upgrades. I concur with Fatty D. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They also placed new SONOS speakers on the second and third floors for my music enjoyment. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to help their customers troubleshoot issues for those of us who aren't as techy as the folks who work in the home theatre space. They are local to the Phila area which is also a plus for me... I know these guys do a lot of high end work --- you can see that from their photos. I requested a network setup from my basement to my home office on the 2nd floor. He completely understood my issue and had a tech at my house 9am the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He was able to complete the network setup in less time than I expected (great value!). I struggled this project for a week and many hours.
