They took their time with the design and really listened to what we wanted- the finished product is not cookie cutter in the slightest, but truly custom. They gave us a detailed quote and discussed where we could save money, and offered outstanding advice during materials selection. Their people value craftsmanship and did an outstanding job quality wise, with no cut corners. They were also incredibly considerate of our family, especially during Covid. If they were around anyone from the household, masks were firmly on. Our project was also delayed for a day or two because they needed to help a former customer with a weather-related emergency- we really respect that kind of integrity and support for former customers. They properly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running for a very competitive rate. The work is always clean and professional, leaving me at ease. Customer service is always a delight. Kevin and Chip are amazing! Fixed stove, installed outdoor lighting and fixed heat that went down after a storm surge. This is my go to electrician, highly recommend. Ive been ripped off by other service providers, but KP is honest, caring and professional. Highly recommend.
