They took their time with the design and really listened to what we wanted- the finished product is not cookie cutter in the slightest, but truly custom. They gave us a detailed quote and discussed where we could save money, and offered outstanding advice during materials selection. Their people value craftsmanship and did an outstanding job quality wise, with no cut corners. They were also incredibly considerate of our family, especially during Covid. If they were around anyone from the household, masks were firmly on. Our project was also delayed for a day or two because they needed to help a former customer with a weather-related emergency- we really respect that kind of integrity and support for former customers. I absolutely recommend this company and can not recommend them highly enough. Honest, upfront business dealings- the project was completed on time and within the quoted budget, respect for customers, and superior craftsmanship. He took notice to our celebration of my wife's graduation. The food was cooked perfectly, she had the scallops/risotto and I enjoyed the New York strip with scallop potatoes. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. -Husb and I had a 7:00 reservation. We weren't sat at a table until 7:17. Ok, not ideal, but no sweat. -Sat for at least 15mins, no water, no drink menus. Starting to get restless and very hungry. -manager came over and asked if we had been helped and we said no. He said he'd get us some water and I asked for a drink menu. No apologies from him. He asked one person to get us water then walked walked across the dining room to ask someone else to get us a drink menu. -we received water, bread, and a drink menu. Okay! Things are looking up! -The drink I wanted they didn't have the ingredients for. Bummer. I ordered a Gin cocktail it was syrupy and sweet. I did not complain, but I could not finish it. -We ordered lobster bisque and wedge salad to start. Soup was fine, not very creamy. The wedge salad doesn't come with bacon! You have to ask to add for an extra cost. BONKERS -our steak came and one of our sides, but we didn't have any steak knives, which was pure torture. As we both tried to make eyes with anyone who could grab us a knife, I notice our steak is wrong :( it has crab and berenase instead of the crab stuffed shrimp. -we ask for steak knives from another server and told her about the steak. She gives us the knives, but takes our steak away. I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID ANYTHING. Now we have sides that we are picking at while we wait for our steak. -the server returns with the same steak my husband attempted to cut with his butter knife, with the sauce scraped off and possibly regrilled? Yikes. We are desperate to eat it, and say nothing. -we are hurrying to eat and trying to make eyes with our server for the bill because we are not going to make it to our movie on time. We paid over $150 for lackluster service and mediocre food. I think that they must have been understaffed, because the restaurant wasn't very busy, yet I saw several people who were dining who were clearly as disappointed and confused as we were. The manager was not being helpful to his staff. He seemed quite young, immature, and really uninterested in providing support to his staff, but rather giving them orders while they are already overwhelmed. Icing on top of the cake? I have absolutely no idea what happened in the first 10 minutes of the movie, Marty Supreme. We were late due to the aforementioned series of events. It's rare we get a night out, and we would never waste our time and money coming back to this place. Lesson learned. Shoulda checked the reviews!

They properly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running for a very competitive rate. The work is always clean and professional, leaving me at ease. Customer service is always a delight. Kevin and Chip are amazing! Fixed stove, installed outdoor lighting and fixed heat that went down after a storm surge. This is my go to electrician, highly recommend. Ive been ripped off by other service providers, but KP is honest, caring and professional. Highly recommend.
