Highly recommend Ben and the ProTech team!!…read more I spoke with Ben on the phone and I could immediately tell I was in good hands. I requested a network setup from my basement to my home office on the 2nd floor. He completely understood my issue and had a tech at my house 9am the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He was able to complete the network setup in less time than I expected (great value!). I struggled this project for a week and many hours. I called ProTech and they had it completed the next day. Very satisfied customer, I will be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

After an extensive search on Yelp, Google, and many other sites, I found Mike and his company…read moreInstatech. I will be honest, I was hesitant at first, but due to the reviews I said I'll give him a shot. I emailed him what I was looking to have done which entailed hanging of a 60 inch LED Samsung TV, Samsung Sound bar installation, all wires hidden behind wall, and installation of a floating tv that would house components. He quoted me an approximate figure which was a darn good price. He said I was a just a tad bit out of his service area, but he could make it work. So I went and purchased the electronics and all and setup an appointment. I emailed him multiple times just to make sure we were on the same page with everything I was looking for. I had a vision and wanted it to be carried out. He answered each of my emails and calls without hesitation. Then he informed me that the price he quoted me INCLUDED him putting the stand together, not just hanging the stand on the wall (since it was a floater). That's when I said to myself "This guy is great". He did the work FLAWLESSLY and it looks BETTER than what I imagined. He makes sure he takes his time and does it right by measuring multiple times. He cleans up after himself as well, it look like he was never there. I have received so many complements on his work. Call him, you will NOT be disappointed.

I would not recommend using Allure in Philadelphia owned by Roi Albo. I have had nothing but…read moretrouble since we started this process. Michael Halpern came out and measured my windows and said he would get back to me with a quote. A week later, he still did not get back to me with a quote. I had to follow up with the company several times to get a quote. This should've been my first sign. After signing the contract, Michael told me I would receive my shades in 4 to 5 weeks. After nine weeks, the shades were not ready. I had to follow up with the company multiple times to find out when my shades were coming in. They were full of excuses. Finally, they scheduled a day for install after me calling many times. When the shades arrived, four of the seven shades I ordered were measured wrong and could not be hung. I called and they said they would call me later in the day to explain how they would fix the situation. 2 days later I still did not receive a phone call. After I called them and they returned days later to install the shades that were measured wrong, there were still many issues. They did not supply me with the proper amount of remotes. They did not provide a bottom track for one of my shades. There were nails showing on the frames of the shades that were supposed to have caps on them. The day after the shade was installed the chain to open the shade broke. Finally, they came back to fix the chain and it still does not work. They brought a piece of trim that belongs a floor and tried to install that on the bottom of my window. I'm not sure that the owner, Roi Albo, would have that in his house. I asked him to come to my house to look at the windows that and he will not schedule a time. I still do not have the bottom rail to one of my shades. I also still do not have the proper remote. One shade will not open because the chain is faulty. I would not recommend this company to anyone and cannot possibly understand how they can run a business like this. The only positive experience I've had has been with the installers. They are very friendly and nice.

I called Jason just after looking up well-reviewed DC contractors on Yelp. In short, another contractor has been in default of my contract with him and has not delivered on a very large and expensive project. After getting fed up I looked into my legal options and also other contractors to finish the work I've started. Despite my calling him totally unsolicited on a Friday evening, Jason talked with me for nearly a half hour about the multitude of options available to me to protect myself against this contractor, how to press him into action, how to ensure he gets the work done, and much more. I cannot express how much he put my mind at ease compared to the way I'd been feeling just a few minutes before our call. I hope to update this review someday with info on work we've done together, but for now that's what I'm able to share.
