They are also unable to return my software to the previous version. I'm now concerned with the level of security this system provides considering I'm using features that don't exist (entry delay options). I wanted out of my contract considering the services provided have changed since I installed the system. I was told that I need to buy out my service contract because my contract doesn't specifically say that entry delay will be a provided service. A lot of wasted time on the phone. Questionable security coverage. Look for a better company.

Pye Barker refuses to honor the change of name that was approved by Altronics as the result of an estate settlement upon the death of my mother. The contract with Altronics clearly stated that the account number would remain the same, the monitoring period would remain the same and the remaining months left on the annual service would be credited as paid in full. Now they want to wipe away that time frame and claim the contract is being cancelled 7.73 months early. My relationship spans over 22 years going back to when we had another property under Royal Security. In less than a year with Pye Barker, my satisfaction went to total dissatisfaction. Stay away from Pye Barker and find a smaller security company with more personalized treatment!

PRO TIP: You can easily guess the vendor passcode, and enable all of those features yourself, and it's a passable system.
