I had concerns, but it was explained how they had a 7 year guarantee on system components. I reluctantly agreed to 3 yr deal. The installer came out and said my current sign was good and he had no new ones on the truck. He also said the current window and door sensors worked great and he didn't need to replace them. He did put in a new panel, but drilled thru the wall from garage to put a plug into a receptacle in a hallway? Not super happy with that, but ok. 3 months in two of the sensors failed. I called and they said I had to pay for them and a technician visit. I confidently said "nope, I have a 7 yr guarantee on all equipment." They said "yes, but those sensors were existing, they were not new installed by us, so they are NOT covered." Really? So I called my sales rep, figuring he would straighten it out. NOPE. It felt like they run this scam over and over, and are used to people losing their minds. I recently had a damaged lawn sign, the one that was existing when I signed up. So I called my sales guy and asked for another (considering I never got the one at signing) and he referred me to their website. I ordered it and they CHARGED me $16. I decided there I would get thru the three years and get out. Well, next month is 3 years. I called to cancel ..... the contract they snuck in on me was FIVE YEARS!!!! I want to lose my mind, but this is typical of this company. The system works fine, there are no false alarms, and I am ok with their service. Ot's the sales tactics that suck. If you end up needing to use them, read the contract, and take ALL the NEW equipment no matter what they recommend. And get an extra sign up front, before you sign that contract.

The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service.
