I called on a Monday, spoke to someone (who could answer their phone but apparently wasn't authorized to accept a cancellation order), who then switched me to a "dedicated" staff person who wasn't dedicated enough to answer - I was on infinity hold. I called back the next day, and this time the person on the phone was able to put the cancellation through. I asked that it be effective the Monday when I first called, the day before. Nope, it was actually processed the day AFTER my second call to them. Other Yelpers have noted this cancellation problem as well. Those two extra days on my dime are not a huge amount, but it's a significant hassle no one deserves - especially not a cusomer whose been with them for years.
