I looked in The Home Depot if they were able to help me, but weren't able to help, due them only able to copies of a key you need to present. So I called Brass Lock & Key with my issue and see if they were able to help and thank god they were able to! The person on the phone was very nice talking to understand the situation I was in and ask they may be able to resolve the issue tomorrow if I came in which I agreed too. Conveniently however, they were able to make the keys with the information I provided earlier and left them out for me to pick up. The told me to come back during their active hours tomorrow if the keys didn't work, but thank god they did! What makes this even better is that they didn't charge for this simple service which really feels like such a public service with the fact it was after-hours. I can't stress enough how much this means for how sincere and they were with me, because my current situation is stressful to explain with how many things are changing and are needing my attention.
