I have an old house (built in 1920). I recently had my basement waterproofed. Domenic scoped the job to add dedicated power for each, plus installed 4 outlets and ceiling lights in a dark basement that was mostly lit by hanging task lights with extension cords snaked all around. No more of that! Basement is well lit now with the touch of 2 wall switches installed at both ends of the basement. Domenic also helped get rid of the same snaky extension cord problem in my living room. Old houses weren't built for all of the many electrical devices we use these days. He helpfully suggested 4 outlet boxes thoughtfully placed in the floor along the perimeter: 2 double and 2 quadruple outlet boxes.
