I'm elderly and have severe anxiety issues. A very rude individual, who answered when I called in the morning, told me it could not be disconnected by the company due to a 5 year contract I supposedly signed. The person I spoke to was extremely abusive and even called me names. I requested the owner to contact me, which he has not. To this date, not one person from this company has contacted me, to inform me that they can not monitor my system, because it's not working. It's been unplugged since July 22 2022. Nice monitoring. All they are doing is sending me past due notices. Maybe it's time I call a lawyer?

Different guy than the ones who showed up. Guy who showed up said quotes usually aren't given over the phone. He was originally going to charge me 285 but he brought it to 250 plus tax because I told him about the quote. I don't even think he's going to trash the couch and the PVC, they probably are going to resell those things. Gaggle of greedy geese.
