Slum lords. If I could give them zero stars I really would. Getting them to address maintenance…read morerequest is super hard and when they do they cover up the problems instead of fixing them. I had a electric bill of $800 or better for at least 4 months and my house was cold all winter. I had to threaten to put my rent in escrow before they sent someone out to take a look. It turned out I didn't have any Freon in the system. After charging the system my bill went from $800 to about $250. I had a roof leak that was never fixed. When paying over 3k a month on time every month you expect a certain quality of living and they didn't provide that but they sent out the reminder early every month for your payment. The reminder was the only thing that was consistent. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional. When I didn't renew my lease she started scheduling people to come and see the property before the middle of my last month. She also was trying to dictate when people were coming into my home to view the property instead of asking what were good times for me. She attempted to have people access my home while my children were home without a adult presence, after I told her it wasn't a good time for me. Sure my daughter is 15 but who really wants unknown people in the house alone with your 15 year old daughter? After a dispute in emails about how and when I would allow people in my home to show the property the management company took me court to have me removed from the property before the end of my lease and 11 months of on time payments. I did say 11 months of on time payments because my security deposit was equivalent to my last months rent I didn't feel comfortable paying them the last month and possibly having to fight to get my security deposit. The case to have me removed was dropped by the court house because I moved before my lease was up. This management company is highly unprofessional and money hungry.

That price would have been more that we received from 613 Home Buyers, but when we looked at the costs for commissions, other expenses, the hassle of negotiation and more expenses, they were right in the ballpark and we didn't have to go through that whole process - including emptying and cleaning the house. We just left everything there! Charlie was great. Always above board and honest. We didn't need to have an attorney for the transaction, but Charlie accommodated and worked well with him through the process. We had a check within 4 weeks. Charlie was even persistent in following up to make the funds were distributed to us. Great experience overall.
