The panel updated and the features/options have totally changed. There used to be an entry delay button (on or off) that is no longer available. When I called back, because I don't want intruders have 60 seconds to destroy my home, I was told that it was never an option, even though I used the option frequently. They are also unable to return my software to the previous version. I'm now concerned with the level of security this system provides considering I'm using features that don't exist (entry delay options). I wanted out of my contract considering the services provided have changed since I installed the system. I was told that I need to buy out my service contract because my contract doesn't specifically say that entry delay will be a provided service. A lot of wasted time on the phone. Questionable security coverage. Look for a better company.
