My client, a senior citizen, came here to set up cable service for his disabled, senior sister. At signing, the salesperson quoted him a price for a phone program, and he signed based on those numbers. When the first bill arrived, the price was not what he'd been told -- a difference that adds up to roughly $936 over the life of the contract. Here is what should concern anyone considering this store: when my client went back, both the salesperson and the store manager, Keith Baldelli, admitted the pricing given at signing was wrong. My client never would have signed at the real price. He asked them to make it right. He met with Mr. Baldelli in person and received nothing but lip service and no resolution -- and after contacting the store two more times, he got no reply at all. A pricing error can happen anywhere. What turns it into something far more troubling is admitting the price was false and then refusing to correct it or even respond to the customer. I would urge anyone -- especially older customers who trust what they're told at the counter -- to be extremely cautious with the in-store phone-program pricing here. Get every quoted price in writing before you sign, and confirm it against the actual contract. I am pursuing this matter on my client's behalf through every appropriate channel until it is resolved.

Then to cancel the service they have you talk to a rep and transfer you to another rep in hopes you'll get frustrated and hang up. I cancelled this service today It got worse, the tech that came to get the equipment, was asked to move his car to a parking spot instead of in front of the home, he basically said "he would when he was ready", when asked to leave our home he cursed my wife and I. Michael (the tech) left our home with a damaged wall, removed the camera from the front door and left wires dangling and pulled the siding when he removed the camera from the rear and left wires haning all oover. He cursed my wife in front of my grandkids. I will never allow this company into any of my homes and you shouldn't either.
