I saw the battery was only at 80% and I asked him to charge it to full. He told me that the last 20% would charge 'very slowly'. Really? After everything was done, I left the store with the battery fully charged at 100%. The next time I charged the battery overnight, I saw it was only charged at 80% in the morning. I called Neel and he told me my charger must be not compatible with the new phone or it should have charged 100%. He reminded me that it was fully charged at 100% at the store with the correct charger. He insisted I needed to buy the new charger at his store (not even at Amazon as it might 'blow' off the phone). I was skeptical and searched online and found out about the Charging Optimization that we could choose Optimized, 80% Limit or None. I'm shocked that Neel was either so ignorant, or a 'con'? He told me he has the same Iphone 15 Pro Max too!! Seriously, Verizon Management should look into measures to uphold the image of the company and only employ diligent and honest staff!

HORRIBLE customer service once they have your money!…read more All Systems supplied and installed multiple Sonos sound bars, and speakers throughout my house. The unit that was wired to the deck stopped working about 1 1/2 years after installation. Kim said Sonos wouldn't honor the warranty. They promised me to call Sonos again to ask them to cover the unit under warranty. I followed up and left messages for Kim over the next several months. When I finally got her on the line, Kim said "This just isn't a priority." I called Sonos directly and they informed me that Kim never called to ask for the unit to be covered under warranty. Once I explained everything, Sonos agreed to make an exception and agreed to replace the unit free of charge! Find a customer-oriented audio and video company to install expensive equipment. BEST in the Delaware Valley area. Exceptional customer service…read more I did a lot of sleuthing for stores, and thankfully found out about World Wide Stereo. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. Their passion for the products I bought (all Sony) and their technical knowledge blew me away. They have been with the company for a very long time. By the time I left the store, I saw them as friends of mine, almost even good friends. Both of them are very genuine. I felt a lot of trust with them. And their installation team will be coming soon to my home to put everything in.

I bought the thing, and lo and behold, the CD player cannot play CDs correctly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Due to issues with AHS the work got delayed. Seemingly nice enough, but their unscrupulous tactics and general demeanor after I returned have me…read moresoured on any "authorized retailer." If you're in search for a new phone, provider, etc., don't stop here. Initially, I made a mistake common of many folks, going to a kiosk labeled "Verizon" without realizing that it was an "authorized retailer" designed to siphon just a little more cash out of you on top of the usual. After initially being very nice, many phones were not in stock, and added services (insurance, data transfer) were added essentially without consulting me. After I realized what was occurring (namely the data transfer) I asked them to stop because it wasn't necessary (all of my data is already in the cloud and I can add apps like any brainless idiot without paying 30 dollars). Other charges were added to my bill that I did not realize until I contacted Verizon. Finally, they often do not have sales which match or are the same as regular Verizon stores. So, next time you need to go to "the verizon store" make sure you find a real one and not this garbage store.

Honestly, the one‑star reviews say more about the reviewer than the business itself. Like any busy location, it can get crowded--especially during lunch hour--so I plan my visits accordingly. When there's a line, I wait my turn, just like everyone else. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate how challenging it is to run a business and serve customers day in and day out. It's surprising how quick some people are to post negative reviews when the real issue is simply impatience or unrealistic expectations. This location does a solid job, and my long‑term experience reflects that.
