I've had very positive experiences with this business. They are polite and efficient, and parking is plentiful.

Incredibly helpful and nice staff, easy location, too. It's my go-to place for mailing everything.

Market East

They sure aren't smooth at scheduling. I reached out to them with full pick-up drop-off locations…read moreand full inventory list on May 13. They quoted me the next day. I then asked how to move forward - no answer for three days. On the third day I asked again if someone could please reach out and tell me the next steps and the reply, the next day was that they wanted to know my destination and inventory (ummmm you were given that originally). I again gave the destination pickup/drop off and full inventory list. That was three days ago, no response. Honestly, how can you be a reputable company when you don't respond to client requests? If the job was something they didn't/couldn't do, the least they could do is tell you instead of ignoring you. If this is how they respond in the beginning then how are they going to be with managing your move? Danger, danger Will Robinson.

I used Smooth Moving Pros to offload a small truck in 2017 and it went fine…read more Just emailed them for a quote on a new move. Started out OK... Nate sent me numbers and said everything had to be packed up and ready to go for his team. I asked if they could do one thing - wrap my furniture in blankets - and he answered "no, it's our policy not to wrap the furniture with pads prior to putting them in the truck, as it makes it very difficult to carry the items. I apologize that we won't be able to meet your specific needs and we will not be able to move you." I emailed him back, said I'd be OK with that (even though it wasn't ideal for me), and I haven't heard back. This was 4 days ago. Being a business owner myself, this is not how you treat a repeat customer. Based on this poor experience I would not recommend Smooth Moving Pros.

Meetinghouse Movers

I contacted four different moving companies to move us from our large two bedroom sixth floor…read moreapartment (elevator building) to our small two bedroom home. Meetunghouse's form for the request was by FAR the easiest to fill out. On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. The three movers assigned were cheerful and helpful and did their job very, very well. We've moved a lot over the years and this was one of the best experiences we had. They even helped us pick up a Facebook marketplace patio set on our way! Remember to tip your movers - it's hard work!!

I hired Meetinghouse to pack for me and move all the stuff. Mostly everything moved from one place…read moreto another, but the packers forgot to pack some things and the movers were stressed! The packers and movers were two different crews - one worked Thursday afternoon and the other Friday afternoon - which may have contributed to the problem, because the movers were definitely not pleased with the packers. It got to the point towards the end of day 2 where I just told folx to put stuff down because I felt guilty about how hard the move was on them. Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Not sure how to get around this if you're a person without a car or just want everything moved in one trip, but I'm glad I moved most of the plants myself. Art was handled delicately though!

All My Sons Moving & Storage

The drivers were prompt, and a little early, they worked quickly and with care and were friendly throughout the entire move. Unequivocally, I would recommend them.

My experience with All My Sons Moving (32 Coles Ave, Cherry Hill Township, NJ and All My Sons…read moreCorporate Office in Texas) has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and their public ratings across major platforms reflect exactly why so many customers report similar issues. Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly: * Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews * Yelp: Approximately 1.5-2 stars, with a long history of complaints * Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being "accredited" These ratings are not a coincidence -- they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don't take the chances that I did and use this company. You'll be very sorry. I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home. Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes--time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move. By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags--items we specifically hired them to move. Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had: * Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them * Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly * Stained my couch * Broken a $1,500 art piece * Scratched $1,200 chairs Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property. Claims Process & Geoff Burgess I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos--evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have: * Refused to settle * Refused to explain their employees' behavior * Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing * Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He: * Refuses to review any of the material proof * Refuses to provide documentation * Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage * Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial. Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under "limited liability," and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. Conclusion - This company's behavior is unacceptable, and their pattern of ignoring customers, denying valid claims, and hiding behind internal processes is exactly why they have low ratings on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked more closely at those reviews before hiring them. Don't make this mistake!

For MANY years I have gone here and sent packages to my family all over the country. For all these…read moreyears I would have always given them a 5 Star Plus Rating (if that were possible). They have always been most helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently retired a little under a year ago under complicated circumstances. My house was involved in a fire that started in the twin house that is attached to mine. The fire extended to my roof and also to the one room that was next to the room on the neighbor's side where the fire started, and I had smoke damage. Consequently, I had to retire to find the time to pack up all my possessions for storage while I was moved to temporary housing during the renovation. I retired from a Federal government job at the time DOGE was massively cutting staff and services throughout my agency and also at the Social Security Administration. Many employees were forced out at the same time as me, and HR Staff and Social Security Staff all lost many employees. This combination of more leaving federal employment at a time that the staff needed to process the retirements was smaller than it had been in decades. The backlog got so bad that they are still processing our retirements. During this time, I started having to copy, print and fax a lot of documents for retirement and social security applications, and also for my insurance claim with permits, renovations, and temp housing. Consequently, I became a nuisance customer for the small, yet time consuming jobs of copying, printing, and faxing. However, I never felt like I had become a nuisance before yesterday. I have been returned to my home following a restoration that was at best partially done. My house was not inhabitable when I was quickly moved back after my insurance company said they weren't paying any longer for my temporary housing. There is MUCH unfinished work here and much that has been destroyed or gone missing with most of my possessions still stored in their storage facility that I have no idea of where it is. The Fire Restoration Company is not replying to me and neither is my adjuster. The insurance company says they paid the claim in full (but I never inspected or authorized the payment which was VERY HUGH!!!) Only a small fraction of the original work order was ever done. So the insurance company says my issue is with my adjuster who obtained payment under false pretenses and passed it directly along to the Restoration contractors without notifying me. Twp and other legal authorities say I am a victim of fraud and senior abuse (I am 75 years old.) They say this kind of scam, is unfortunately, now common. I was told to get help from elected representatives, anyway, I was there to make copies of the insurance company's detailed, lengthy proposal that specified what work was to be done so it could be compared against what was actually done and not done and done wrong etc. I never intended to be a burden. I would have waited as I normally do for the attendant to make the copies while I was in the store, but I thought I was taking pressure off of him to tell him I'd run another errand and them come back for them in an hour or so. Had they not been done when I came back, I would have either waited or come back according to what the attendant would have preferred. I am going through a crisis and I am elderly and it seemed the friendly and helpful attendant was being told by this other guy "Don't be so nice." This disappointing and somewhat shocking response threw me off balance because it was so out of character from the great service this store has offered for many, many years, but the worst part of it was there was a nasty woman across the street who lived in a first floor apartment there. Since there was no where to park on the street when I returned and I am handicapped. I use a walker when I have to do any walking. This walker is kept in the passenger seat of my car, next to me, but I use a cane for a short and quick walk. I attempted to park in this apartment parking lot directly across the street from the UPS store. I was only picking up done completed work & there were NO OTHER CARS in this parking lot that had eight parking spaces. This tenant came outside at 3:00 p.m. in a leopard nightgown and kept screaming at me, that "I was not allowed to park there. It was for tenants only." I explained to her, I would only be a minute to pick up completed copies, and I was handicapped and 75 years old, and I pointed out there were no spaces on the street. She said if I could drive, then I wasn't handicapped, and she was going to call the police & she took a picture (on her phone) of my handicap license plate. I ended up parking on the very end corner of the street where my car could've been clipped by someone turning on that corner. SADLY, THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE ANYMORE.
