Super unimpressed…read more FIRST, we get there, and although the hours on the door say 8pm, and besides the fact that there were 4 employees there, they stated that they were closing at 5 due to "lack of staff." Second, you check in on their little system, then stand around and wait. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, so I asked if they send you a text when you're next or whatever, and they told me no. So, we just stood around for 25 minutes while they handled the other customers. Third, no one here knew what the fuck they were talking about. They checked my account, found out I had the $17 a month phone protection package, then told me that it was "about $125" to fix my screen. (This information formed my opinion to just upgrade, which is probably what they wanted anyway....but more on this in a second...) I found out later, through my own damn research of reading the fine print, that my repair would have only been $29. NOT "about $125." About that upgrade.....before I came in to the store, I checked online to see what was available to me, and ONLINE, Verizon said they would offer me "$425" for my DAMAGED phone, if I upgraded to an iphone 12. (I didn't see an option to go for a 13). But, when I went to the store, they said they would give me "$51 for the phone outright, or $100 for an upgrade to iphone 12, or $300 for an upgrade to iphone 13." I told him about the online price, (complete with screen shots), and he was like, "well.....uh....do that. Yeah, I can't offer that here." SO, we leave, and I go home to do the damn upgrade myself, and when I inquired ONLINE about an upgrade to an iphone 13, they gave me EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. WTF was the store talking about? They were going to, AT MOST, give me $500 LESS than that.....after OVERcharging me about $100 for a repair that I had insurance for. One dude had 3D glasses on as his all day glasses. The "manager" was more concerned with locking up the phones in the safe than she was with helping anyone standing around waiting to be helped. The protein bro that WAS initially helpful, wrapped up with a customer, then went to the back for a GOOD 20 minutes, leaving me with employee #4, who gave us a hard time because the account is under my wifes maiden name, and he wouldn't help us until we produced SOMETHING with that name on it. A complete and utter waste of time coming here, and I got off lucky. At BEST I would've been overcharged $100 for a repair, and at worst, would've left $500 on the table for a trade in. Just terrible.

Xfinity phone service is incredibly cheap and reliable as it runs over Verizon's network. Oh, but…read morethere's a catch... there's always a catch with Xfinity. It seems they won't sell you a plan unless you're also an Internet or cable customer with them as well. So, basically the magic here is that they want you to dramatically overpay to the tune of +$100 for video or wifi to save twenty bucks on your phone. That's quintessential Xfinity math and why we love them so. Two very dubious stars.

But just in case I'm going to make sure that I don't touch the green wire while diffusing a time bomb (or was it supposed to be the orange one? McFuck!). So for starters let's try focusing on some of the good. The digital cable sure does hook up one sweet looking picture. In that regard I'm pretty sure that they're still doing it the best. the long list of movie, radio, and sports stations also provide some serious distractions (for better and worse). And hell, the On Demand option gives you the chance to catch up on random Animes during hour's where no one in their right frame of mind should be watching random Animes (Not that I ever suggested that I was in a right frame of mind - as this review may indicate.). Did I cut through that freaking wire yet? No? crud - lets go through some of that bad. Overall I pretty much liken Comcast to The Empire in Star Wars. right now when it comes to cable and Internet here they're pretty much the grandmasters. Verizon and -are their any other options?- are getting there, but they're not really much of a rebellion (I liken them to Jabba the Hutt and his crew - only not as fat and sluggish or as bad ass as Boba Fett!). So in the mean time they're pretty much at the top and in some ways they can do what they want. it's been documented that they've pretty much controlled the bandwidth they give out from time to time. There's also times where they'd probably rather offer Jedi mind tricks like giving more channels and phone lines instead of gaining a terminated member when you're dissatisfied. Maybe if I went for that blue wire - and still nothing! OK in the long run Comcast has pretty much been going strong since the 80's - therefore it's pretty much been around as long as I can remember. So it's made it's fair share of milestones and innovations - and the majority first happened around Philly. It also dishes out an uncanny amount of money to charities, fund raising, and year long entertainment event's. so it gives a significant amount of money that it makes back to other things. So love it, hate it, or just find it the best of whats out there currently, you can't deny that it has done some good. Now I have to watch some more Anime!

If you hold the iPhone on an angle, the screen has a major yellow tint to it. I also had to have the rear lens replaced which they charge $40 to just super glue a new $5 lens on. I had to go back to them 4 times for lens issues. First time the camera was distorted in the light, the guy said he forgot the clean it. The next morning my lens was missing (it fell out somewhere); had them put another one on. After I got home, had the same issue with the lens distorted and went back, this different guy said he didn't clean the camera lens before putting the lens on, so he cleaned it. Still very disappointed in the low quality screen they put in.
