HORRIBLE customer service once they have your money!…read more All Systems supplied and installed multiple Sonos sound bars, and speakers throughout my house. The unit that was wired to the deck stopped working about 1 1/2 years after installation. Kim said Sonos wouldn't honor the warranty. They promised me to call Sonos again to ask them to cover the unit under warranty. I followed up and left messages for Kim over the next several months. When I finally got her on the line, Kim said "This just isn't a priority." I called Sonos directly and they informed me that Kim never called to ask for the unit to be covered under warranty. Once I explained everything, Sonos agreed to make an exception and agreed to replace the unit free of charge! Find a customer-oriented audio and video company to install expensive equipment. Stay away from All Systems!!!

I am very disappointed with this attorney's office. After I sent all of my documents regarding my…read moreproperty issue, they called me and told me they would take my case. They gave me hope that someone was finally going to help me with this stressful situation. However, after that conversation, they completely ghosted me and ignored my emails and phone calls. What upset me the most was the lack of communication and professionalism. If they changed their mind or decided not to move forward, they could have simply told me clearly instead of ignoring me. Clients deserve honesty, respect, and communication, especially when dealing with difficult property problems. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

We did a downstairs remodel project with Harth Builders 3 years ago. Greg and his father came to…read moreour home, listened to what was working and what wasn't with our current layout, what the things were that we were looking to add. We spent several months working with Stephen our architect and Cindy our designer going over multiple iterations of potential designs until we landed on the perfect one. Our estimate from start to finish was 9 weeks--we moved walls, plumbing, HVAC ductwork--and they finished on time despite an unforeseen structural issue that needed shoring up after some of the walls were removed. Everyone I know bemoans their renovation projects. I can't say I had a negative experience at all. Not only did Harth complete the work when they said they would, but they kept everything super clean. Everyone who came into our home was polite and professional. And the end result was better than I could have imagined! Three years later and I still love everything about it. We constantly get comments on the layout and design. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Multiple homes on our block have used Harth for their remodel projects. Even though our original floor plans are similar, the end result is unique and reflects the specific needs of the homeowner. Our master bathroom is next on the list for remodeling, and you can be 100% sure I will be calling up Greg Harth first when we're ready to begin.

I was going to pay them $950 for the estimates. I was supposed to hear from them within a few days to make the payment. It's been over two weeks, and I haven't heard from them. I found another company to provide the estimates for half the cost and even appear up to two times in court to back up the estimates for no extra charge. I was afraid the estimates from Harth Builders would have been overblown and caused me a problem in court anyway.
