Turn on the TV, pick any schlep with a sh!tty commercial, and begin the lawsuit process. Many…read morecases are simply paperwork. Every time I reached out, the response is how GILERY has emailed this person that day, or called this person that day. Whenever I reach out; she's Johnny on the spot. Told me two weeks to get my settlement check; two weeks comes and goes. I email today. SHOCKING! The ONLY accountant they have there was on vacation the week she reached out. "But she'll be back next week and you should have your check by Friday." Email today because I did not get the check. "I apologize the accountant for the firm has returned this week and I emailed her this morning to provide your check as soon as possible. I will let you know as soon as it's ready." I have to say there is nothing better than when an organization lives up to the stereotypes of lawyers being slimy and duplicitous. I suspect one of the problems for many firms are they assume their clients are somehow "beneath them." Unfortunately, for many of us, we are recovering from very serious accidents so we may not have the same "fight" in us that we had before our accidents. They are incredible in the beginning; concerned, empathetic, and seemingly concerned for your well-being. Then your name shows up on a dotted line and you get sophomoric email responses when you get upset. The point is you can pick from a dozen "pay when you get paid" law firms. Do NOT waste your time; perhaps they'll give a damn if their bottom line is actually affected!

We had to get our back door of our complex replaced, but we realized that the contact for the alarm…read moresystem was also removed when it was too late. The alarm system would not function and I couldn't find any help online, and called at least a dozen companies, all with no luck. Even the manufacturer couldn't help us. I found Main Line Protection and gave them a call to schedule for a service person to come by, as we knew that we would incur costs, but at least it would fix our issue. I caught Matt Gough on the phone and instead of sending someone over, he emailed me the program pdf to see if we could take care of the issue ourselves, with no charge and no hassle. 15 minutes later, we were good to go. This is the type of service that deserves 5 stars- the fact that he helped us out without having any prior business together. Main Line Protection will be the first people I call for any security services that we will need in the future for our management company. Thank you guys so much for your efforts.

Back in January 2026, I retained Liam Duffy to handle my divorce. He was incredibly kind and…read morepatient as I vented my negative experiences leading up to my decision to divorce. After I finished, I found him to be empathetic and understanding as he took down additional notes and offered his advice on next steps. Every time I had questions, Liam was there with answers. Every time I requested advice, he was there with sound suggestions. Every time I needed reassurance, he was there to provide it. I found his staff to be equally as kind, responsive, and efficient. All of them were on top of things and instrumental in keeping me informed throughout the process. Happily, my divorce came through in June 2026 and I now have a sense of peace and relief. Thank you, Liam! I highly recommend Liam J. Duffy and his team!

I hired Liam Duffy to represent me in my custody/divorce proceedings and I could not have been more…read moresatisfied. From the start Liam wasn't just my attorney, he was my anchor. He let me vent, rant, and rave when I needed to, and never once made me feel like a burden. He always made me feel heard and validated, which was something I hadn't felt in a long time. Then, once I had the space to get it all out, he gave me the legal advice I actually needed... not just what I wanted to hear. That's what makes Liam stand out: he balances compassion with clarity. He never sugarcoated the truth, but I knew every move he made was with my best interests at heart. I trusted him completely, especially because he was able to talk me down from some impulsive ideas that, in hindsight, would've only made things worse for me and my children. He saw the big picture even when I couldn't and he never strayed from that picture. In court he was calm, sharp, and strategic. Watching him work was genuinely impressive. He knew exactly when to speak, when to hold back, and how to expose the truth without ever raising his voice. I'm proud of how he handled this case and I'm incredibly grateful Liam was the one guiding me through it. Liam is the real deal, a class act, and if you let him lead you'll be glad you did. Thanks again Liam, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

I gave 3 stars to Independent Alarm to be fair to the company as I have not used their Alarm…read moreservices. From my recent experience I would give 0 star to the sale rep "Joe". We had an appointment at 3:00pm on 6/20/2017. Joe called at 2:40 asking if we could meet early and I returned the call 5 minutes later at 2:45. The number that he called from was their office number in NJ and they had to communicate to him that I was fine with an early meeting. Then he called again, left a message that he was not able to find a parking space (NOT a fact at this time of the day in my neighborhood). I contacted him again at 2:50pm and he was on his way to the next appointment. I checked where he was, he said at 67th street.... In 5 minutes he was at 67th street from Center City???? At 2:55pm I called Tony at the office to report the lack of service (note that 2:55pm was before the time of my scheduled appointment with Joe). Tony had been very helpful a few days prior, to get all the information and organize the field inspection with the salesman Joe. However, when the incident was reported, he was polite but non-committal, like he could not do anything about it but knew about the problem with sales...? I am not sure what has happened. Philadelphia is to far? Too complicated for a NJ organization? They have a communication problem? I will never know but I cannot trust this company with the safety of my family and will use someone else.
