And it's very nice to have a personal relationship with people you are entrusting with your life and safety. Some 10 years ago, ADT my security company didn't care about there customers. I did some research…read moreand decided to try Victor Security. I was concerned because it was a very small family company. Since then I have been 100% satisfied. If there is a problem they are on top of it. For example this Thursday (Thanksgiving weekend), I reported a problem to the general number (a yellow light on the panel). I got a call back from the owner within the hour (a service you don't get often). I couldn't take the call and I decided to wait till Monday as it was not an emergency situation. Can you believe that the owner called me back? This is the kind of service you will get from Victor Security for a fraction of the price from the other companies.

We had to get our back door of our complex replaced, but we realized that the contact for the alarm…read moresystem was also removed when it was too late. The alarm system would not function and I couldn't find any help online, and called at least a dozen companies, all with no luck. Even the manufacturer couldn't help us. I found Main Line Protection and gave them a call to schedule for a service person to come by, as we knew that we would incur costs, but at least it would fix our issue. I caught Matt Gough on the phone and instead of sending someone over, he emailed me the program pdf to see if we could take care of the issue ourselves, with no charge and no hassle. 15 minutes later, we were good to go. This is the type of service that deserves 5 stars- the fact that he helped us out without having any prior business together. Main Line Protection will be the first people I call for any security services that we will need in the future for our management company. Thank you guys so much for your efforts.

I was trying to use my house Wi-Fi for the TV and other electronics in the garage. I also run a podcast from the garage, so having reliable connection is paramount. Chris came out and gave me several options. I did not want to have to dig up concrete or grass to run conduit in a direct line. Chris figured out a P2P system for me. In the house, my speed is 1GB. Now in the garage my speed is about 982 Mbps. AMAZING. It's not just that. he cleaned up all of my wires, tying them together, and it was like better than before he was here.
