He helped our family business through some incredibly trying times during the pandemic, as well as personally, with some home ownership issues. And every step of the way, he was there. Seriously, few companies, firms, vendors I've dealt with are as responsive, forthright, and professional.

Blake was honest and upfront that contracting with his company might not make sense for a small home owners insurance claim because you can just do it yourself, but in our case, the 10% fee was totally worth not having to hassle with yet another element of this unexpected disaster. We believe he was also able to secure a higher payout because of his expertise. He showed up on time, when he said he would be there. I called around to the big company Flood Remediators like ServPro and TLC but they wanted to charge me $150 for an estimate (ServPro) or didn't call me back (TLC). Neighbors that used ServPro had estimates from 30-40K. These big companies use you as a piggy bank assuming insurance will just cover everything. Well insurance penny pinches anywhere it can and for damage like this we need every penny. Joe the owner of MSI was the opposite of these big companies. He gave me a bunch of great advice before he even came out for his estimate. Was flexible, responsive and professional through the whole process. The guys he has employed were also great. Mike was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help where he could. He's even recommended a contractor I ended up going with who's done a great job so far for a fair price. At the end MSI charged half of what ServPro would have and worked with me constantly to help with insurance. They also documented everything to give me the best chance of getting what I was owed from insurance. 10/10 would recommend Joe and MSI for Flood Damage and Mold Remediation.

I was skeptical, but I'm happy to say that Joe and the MSI team were total rockstars. He even helped me navigate how to submit the information as a claim with my insurance. When Mike and the rest of the MSI team arrived, they worked neatly, quickly and were just really nice people. I felt confident that the job was done well. Joe continued to check in with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the job. Though I hope I won't need to use them in the future, I highly recommend MSI!

Lou talked to me on the spot which was awesome because the other two SE companies I left messages with never even got back to me. Lou didn't want us to spend the money sending an engineer out if it wasn't necessary. He asked me to send him a copy of the inspection report so he could determine if a visit to the property was needed. I spoke to Lou the following day and learned we had nothing to really worry about-just typical settling. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and gave me and my husband peace of mind. And he didn't even ask me to write this review! He's a professional and a really nice guy therefore you should totally hire him.

Once we did, we learned quickly that the list of things to fix/improve seemingly never ends. We immediately reached out to Adam to help us maximize our kitchen space, which was in the most need of updating. He took on two projects in that space: extending a half wall to allow us to add extra counter space, as well as leveling out the main wall that had been damaged from old cabinetry (and a poor framing job). Adam and his team worked wonders on both projects, the latter of which he worked up until mere hours before he had to catch a flight to go on vacation. Adam is a great resource even if you're just thinking "down-the-road" or "big picture" ideas as he can make great recommendations of what will and will not work in your space while keeping your personal aesthetic in mind. The team is committed to finishing projects in the established timeline and within budget.
