Took my credit card over the phone for an emergency lockout, promised they'd be there within 25 minutes. They never showed within that time. After they blew their promise to show up in that time frame, I was forced to use other means to get into the house, and called them back saying I no longer needed their services since they never showed up when they promised. I asked for the charge to be refunded, they refused saying the charge was non-refundable (even though they never showed up in their promised window and their digital receipt never dictated such a policy either). Currently going through my credit card company now to get this refunded. Would never use again--absolutely dishonest and a complete headache. read more

They gave my keys to someone I have a PFA on twice and when I changed the lock myself so I wouldn't be burglarized and assaulted the abuser told him and he came and dismantled my door and changed my locks and I had to call the police. read more

A lousy end to the trip as we landed late at night and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with (lots of luggage meant I also didn't have a car). My senior citizen mother had this company come out and service her locks and they stole her 2 locks leaving her vulnerable. We have called them a number of times they will not call back. I have gone to the police dept. and file a claim against them for theft. Ethen put in the lock. I think it's a shame when you have to steal from a senior citizen. They do not need to be in business. read more

We called this company because we used them a couple years ago with excellent service, professionalism and pricing. When asked if this was the same business and owner Rafael said yes. We wanted a dead bolt and knob for safety install . He said it was 85 to come for the installation, price for locks would be based off if what we picked. When he arrived he was early, unprofessionally arrogant and just short of a bully. He knew I couldn't stay due to an appointment but my husband was there. Well he ended up removing my handle plate he said could and would stay, he charged 85 to show up, 150 for our conversation on what was going to be used and how he would do it with install, 82 dead bolt and 52 for a knob. Needless to say it is not at all what I asked for and I was way over charge for his unprofessional service. Also, he bought this business from prior owner operating under the same name. We now have to have this corrected. Save your money and go somewhere else read more
