The servicce was good. I asked Chris to fix a problem I had with a faulty Garage Door installation. The Locked was fixed and we found out the handle was also incorrectly installed. read more

Chris did an awesome job for us on four different doors today. I inquired about a job on yelp and received a response within minutes. That was at about 8:30 AM this morning. He provided a quote to add a deadbolt to our door and re-key it to an existing key. The price was slightly better than two other competitors on yelp, and Chris had more reviews and a five star rating, so went with him. I wasn't disappointed! Chris was able to come out THAT DAY and add the deadbolt we wanted, as well as fix the door handle so that it better aligned with the door jam and was able to close properly (an existing issue we had since we bought the house). He also filed down the pins in the new deadbolt because it was slightly different than the key we wanted it to match. He very well could have just told us that we had to deal with two separate keys, but instead, went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. While he was there, I asked what he would charge to come back another day and fix three other doors that were a little bit hard to close. Instead, he ended up providing a discount price and fixing all three that night. Our doors and locks are now all in perfect order, and it didn't take all that much out of my wallet. Really appreciated the professionalism, the good price, and Chris's willingness to explain exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. Would not hesitate to recommend or to hire again! read more

We used Chris and Glenloch locks for rekeying our entire house upon moving in for the safety of our belongings and to decrease our 5 different house keys into only 2 new keys. I scheduled the appointment a few weeks in advance to make sure to we wouldn't have any issues, and Chris was super friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend was present for the appointment and said that he had a great experience, even tolerating our dog randomly growling at him for coming into our home! Haha. All of our rekeyed locks work well, and we'd highly recommend Chris to anyone else! read more

We had to get electronic locks replaced for 6-7 doors in our apartment building. Chris showed up on time, worked with our schedule and most importantly his attention to detail with installation and alignment is really good. We had an early morning flight the following morning; Chris made sure he completed the work in time and cleaned up after he was done. I compared his rates to 4-5 other locksmiths in the neighborhood and he gave me the best rates and great service. read more

I communicated with Chris and Mary to set up the appointment. They are incredibly friendly and responsive, way above the standard of Yelp 4.5 star+ businesses. The night before the appointment, it happened that I needed an extra emergency lock service. I called them, and they were able to arrive in 10 minutes with such a short notice. Chris came over and installed a lock. He was easy to work with, and he did not rush. He took his time to make sure the work was done perfectly. Had a great experience. Would hire again. My key broke off into what was a very old preexisting lock on my garage door. I requested a quote from Glenloch and received a response within 10 min. I was quoted a price and given a date and time that the work can be done, which was only a 2 day turn around time, but that was perfect for me. So professional, explained everything to my husband and even went above and beyond to fix something else that was messed up with the lock. I would absolutely recommend Glenloch! read more

Glenloch Locks responded very quickly to my Yelp inquiry and I was able to make an appointment soon after. Chris arrived on time and was super helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns as he worked on my locks. Even though I booked the appointment for rekeying only, I noticed that some of the locks were old and better off replaced. Chris went to his truck and pulled out some great options. Even though I changed my requests and added more to his plate on the spot, he never rushed through. They also provide a 5 yr warranty on the locks that you purchase. I highly recommend Glenloch Locks! read more

I was worried about finding a locksmith on a Sunday, but i had an excellent experience with Glenloch Locksmiths. My mother had a key broken in her front security door and was locked out of the house. Mary worked with me on the phone for all the information and then the payment afterwards. Chris arrived at my mother's house at the time i was told, which was within an hour and he did a great job onsite. He explained everything, worked quickly and even checked on another door that my mother was concerned about, at no additional charge. Mary and Chris were both very friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use their services in the future. read more

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They have the sweetest team that made me feel so looked out for in an hour of need! My lock was rapidly changed and they brought me a new key and a spare.
