Called Shay at 7:14pm on a Monday night since the listed location is 8 blocks away from my home and the business was still listed as open. He said he would be there in 30 minutes. I gave him another call at 7:56pm, since I hadn't heard from him and was wondering when I could expect him. He said he wouldn't be there for another 10 minutes or so. By the time he got there, it was 8:15pm and he charged me $175 to pick my lock, which took about 45 seconds. I wish I spent more time shopping around for other quotes, since a nearby business only quoted me $80. It was helpful overall but I would only use it again in a true emergency. read more

These guys are unhinged, racist, and scammers. I called this company to help me get into my car I locked my keys inside. The guy who was sent out, repeatedly asked me if the car was mine after receiving proof, if I lived in the neighborhood which is none of his concern. On top of this the person I spoke to on the phone said $110 dollars. When the dispatcher arrived he said it was $150 service fee. There was never a service fee. I figured this out when he continued to haggle me ($140, $130, $120) as I expressed that I was not paying a dime over the agreed upon price. He also demanded I pay before he start services. Typically I don't mind because it gives the workers peace of mind, but after our interaction I told him he can have half of the money and the other half once the job is completed. After he received the payment he continued asking if the car was mine after receiving my driver license and car information stating it belong to me and my family. I will never use this company again. And I advise any one of the darker hue to use a different company for services. We are not beggars we are buyers and our time is valued. read more

Prompt service and courteous. Yes it took an hour or so to arrive, but once there it took no more than 20 minutes to change 2 locks and the price was extremely reasonable. Needed a key made for a 1997 Ford F800 which is a unusual key since it isn't on file. They made the key by using the door lock cylinder and were pretty quick considering everything. Shay arrived quickly after I called to have a lock replaced that had been broken for 2 years-why did I wait so long?! He repaired the latch, created a new set of keys and on his way out our other door I remembered that we needed a new key for that door as well. He finished both jobs quickly-impressive as our front door lock is an antique uppy/downy lock system which he recognized and knew how to work with. Now I have one key for both doors-an added bonus.
