Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. I live several hours from my parents and I called AM&PM at 10pm tonight because my parents contacted me that they were locked out of their house as the tumbler to their front door lock was broken. Within 30-40 mins of my call to AM&PM, the locksmith, Shay Ankori, was at their house, had the old tumbler out and a new lock and key installed. I also asked them not to charge my parents but that I would pay for the work and they were very accommodating and sent me a Venmo link for payment as I didn't want my parents going to an ATM late at night for cash.
