Darren came to my condo yesterday to replace a main lock and a dead bolt which had been installed so badly that it was just about to fall out! The scammer who did that job three years ago had really made a mess and of course, was nowhere to be found after the installation! Basically, the plate had been screwed into a big hole and I was unable to use it as I was afraid to get locked out. Darren was able, after a good two hours of solid work, to replace both the main lock and said deadbolt making it very tight. Excellent and very friendly locksmith I highly recommend if you want the job done RIGHT!! read more

Darren is the BEST! I locked myself out AND had food in the oven (yes I was scared asf). Called Darren and he told me he could make it over in about 25 minutes. Indeed he did. He unlocked my door with ease and had me inside within seconds. I showed him my ID, paid him and he was on his way. Once again Darren thank you thank you. If you're locked out call him up. Also nothing burned in my oven read more

Darren was absolutely the best! He arrived on time as stated. His price to fix my door lock was reasonable and fair. After making several phone calls to emergency services I wasn't too thrilled to have them come out and fix my door lock. I didn't feel comfortable with the initial phone calls or price quoted by these locksmith services until I called Darren. He quoted a price, talked me through the potential problem and was very knowledgeable. Nowadays just finding someone honest and reliable is a plus. So, happy I found him. Will call him for any future needs and refer him to anyone in need of locksmith services! He is one of the good ones! read more

Our front door key had gradually stopped working with the lock. I found Darren based on other good reviews online. I called him around 1:00 on a Friday - based on photos I sent of the lock and a few follow-up questions, he was able to determine the issue and fit me in that afternoon between other appointments. And he was right - he came out and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Very nice guy, honest, professional, and highly knowledgeable. read more

Now that we are at home 24/7 during Covid, we've noticed lots of maintenance needed around the house including fixing to locks on one of our doors. Called Darren yesterday and scheduled. He texted us before arriving, was very courteous while here and worked quickly on replacing our locks. He even managed to match the color to the door handle so it looked nice. Pricing was fair too! Would use him again and recommend him to others. read more

The very definition of professional, Darren provides one of the best customer service and job experiences I've ever had. My fiancée and I needed our locks changed on our new house, and after doing some research decided Darren was our guy. After sending and email to him via his website, he responded promptly in about an hour with a phone call. He's extremely transparent on his prices and will give you a quote up front with no hassle (his prices were much lower than his competitors). This man knows his locks - he advised me what locks to get so we could use the same key for front and back door and recommendations on which locks were the best. He arrived on time and installed a new door knob/lock and rekeyed the front door in under an hour. He's also a really cool guy - professional, reliable and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend Darren to anyone I know, providing the level of service and expertise you expect from a local small business (and all my keys and locks still work a month later). Lock him in for all of your locksmith needs. read more

I got Darren's name from yelp because I have had success there before. Again, this time I found a great contractor. I had nine locks in my new home, all needing replacing. Darren put them all on one key which is so convenient. He was here in one day to estimate the job and came the next day, a Sunday, to do the work. DEFINITELY go with Darren! read more

Excellent service, prompt, affordable and knowledgeable. My lock on the security screen door was stuck and he was able to fix it without having to take my door off of the hinges. The last locksmith from a different company charged double with subpar services. This one was very personable and polite despite the late hour. I would definitely use his services again in the future. read more
