If only the Little Trees "leather" scent could capture this, they'd be in every car. Breathe deeply. Mmmm. When I dropped my shoes for shine and heels, the gentleman asked for an hour. I was thinking, really? Machine polish and brush like everywhere else should be like 5 minutes, plus heels? So I asked for 45. When I returned, I got to see Mr. James working on my shoes. BY HAND. Over and over he worked. It was a bit over an hour all told and $40 for two pairs' polish and one set of heels. This is old school level skill and attention.
