The Security Guy stood out against the other two. I met Corey Nydick for a "walk through" of the office space and he explained to me how the buzzer intercom system would work and I was sold. Within a week of the "walk through", we scheduled installation, which included an exterior station with built in camera, interior station with monitor, magnetic lock, keypad to unlock the door (key less entry), an exit button, power supply, and a back up system for power loss or surge. Bob, the technician, was also great. He was respectful of the space (i.e., cleaned the mess that was made via installation). Everything was installed within a day and a half - my office is an old building so the wiring took a little time. I would definitely recommend Corey and his team for any security needs

The problem with that is the fact that "The Security Guy" as many other similar services are insisting on signing at least 1 year contract (with a $650 installation) or 3 years contract (with a free installation). It makes it "sign and pray" scenario, when a good customer service attitude might turn to a worse, once a 3 years service agreement is signed. The monitoring company will have no incentive to provide a quality customer service once agreement is signed because customer is trapped in 3 years contract. I am not sure that this is a good business model from the customer point of view. P.S. I gave a 3 stars rating just because I do not like the contract structure that is offered by the company for home alarm installation.
