Firstche tells mexthat my water heater in bathroom is going bad. This was 5 years ago. It is still working no problem. I didnt see what he was telling me. He said it was rotting away and soon will break. So far it is the same 5 years later. Now here is the worst one. Outside of this deception i allowed him to install a new heating and AC unit along with new duct work. One of his workers fell thru my ceiling damaging a. VERY EXPENSIVE mural that was painted on my ceiling. We agreed to take some money off the bill. The money was not even close to the cost of the repair.! Out of the goodness of my heart i paid him back 500 dollars as i had the original painter scheduled come back and repair it. I have since found out it can not be properly repaired . Here is texts between me and owner Mike: Mike from one businessman to another you really don't know how to run your business. This is Bob Lulek at 3370 Laceleaf Dr. You did not want to come to my home for service which by the way the heater is working so I did not need you to come anyway But that being said you did not want to come because you think that I should pay you for falling through my ceiling and ruining a $15,000 mural that I had specially made on my ceiling. It is not the same and it's gonna cost me at least that to redo it what you gave me was a pittance, and I was good out of my heart to give you $500 which I should not have done. so in essence, you paid me a lot less than what the mural is worth and yet I still out of the goodness of my heart was hiring you for Business as a businessman you should stand by the principles of honesty and integrity. Apparently you don't feel that way and you think that everything should be in your favor, even when you destroy my home and something that was very dear to my heart. After all thatchappened i called hom still (call me a bleeding heart) this is his response: go get anotherccompany!!! He ruins my 15,000 mural and wants me to pay him back for the repair that did not work out. I told him i would be glad to pay all the money back hecdiscounted, provided i find a new artist to redo thecehole mural!!! Of course there was no reply. This man is a self entitled selfish SOB who will not take responsibility for hos actions!! STEER CLEAR FROM HIM I putca date ofcservice thstcis not correct butchadcto put a date. It was several years ago. I see that he has responded. Here is a photo of what he left me with. There is no way that I would pay him. REPAIR has not been done and I am contemplating bringing him to court for the repair which will cost about $15,000. This was a beautiful mural and this man all he cares about is being paid for damage that he did to my home and has the gaul to say this was my wife not wanting to pay. Remember, I paid him $500 out of the goodness of my heart because I thought it could be repaired which I found out it could not be. I should have brought him to court ago steer clear of this man he is evil and full of himself. Now, seriously would you pay for this after a damage to $15,000 mural? My home has been ruined and this man all he can think about is getting paid the money he paid me back which is not even a third of what it's going to cost to fix it! You just can't make it up lol. I have contacted Mike and explained that if he would like to pay for a new artist to come in and do the repair on my MURAL, I would be glad to pay him the balance that he had given me for the destruction of my beautiful artwork. But all he can think about is the money that he had to give me rather than the money I've lost which was almost $15,000 on this mural.
