Beware of BM Consulting. Workmanship and customer care are at the bottom of their concerns. I moved…read moreinto a new home in south Philadelphia. The work they had done for the developer was not properly fitted from the main waterline to our sprinkler system. After a few years after the install BM Consulting tried to bill me for the faulty install repair. I pushed back mentioning it was done incorrectly from the new build and they did honor repairing it for free at this point. The initial repair person who had zero personality and had few words, fixed the repair quickly and said they will return to put the service back on after two days. Two days later no one showed up to turn our main water back on and I needed to get frustrated on the phone until someone came out to turn the service on. I never received a call and if I didn't call, would have probably waited another day. The service person turned on the water, I asked what should I do and I was told to let the water run until the air is out of the lines and he left. Well, this was poor judgement and bad counseling or care for the customer. My refrigerator water line, washing machine, dishwasher, two shower heads, two faucets and a water booster all clogged with debris. BM Consulting told me to call a plumber and they washed their hands of any issues. It cost nearly $600 in repairs and service and after multiple calls and emails, Ben the owner refuses to speak about any resolution or accountability of instructing customers on service calls after they complete service. DO NOT expect good craftsmanship, customer care or even human dignity whaen speaking with or engaging with BM Consulting. I sent receipts of repairs that I ensured were fair rates versus buying all new appliances, which frankly I could have done. But Ben is not a man who honors his customers, employees and the work being done by his company. If you use them or are a current customer, I recommend sourcing a new company before you have an issue and need their help!
