We recently purchased an older home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in at least 50 years. They were incredibly filthy! Brandon and Fred went to work and now I can't believe how clean they look and how dust free my house is. My allergies are gone. I finally took things into my own hands and searched for a reputable and highly rated handyman on Yelp. There were several options to choose from, but I was immediately drawn to Brian's business because it is locally owned and operated by him. Plus, I really liked his bio. I could tell he was someone who enjoyed his work and was focused on high quality outcomes for customer projects. Brian did not disappoint. Every step of the process was a good one. My first point of contact was through Yelp messaging. That's when I first knew I was on the right track because Brian promptly replied. Moreover, his communication skills were excellent from the get-go. He was able to fit me into his schedule a few days after my request. He arrived on time prepared with what he needed to do the job. Everything went smoothly, especially because Brian and I had reviewed the installation instructions through photos I attached to our Yelp messages. I have an old house (built in 1920). I recently had my basement waterproofed. It is a good system…read morethat includes 2 sump pumps, each with battery backup pumps, but I was warned that eventually I'd need to get them all off of the same electric circuit. Domenic scoped the job to add dedicated power for each, plus installed 4 outlets and ceiling lights in a dark basement that was mostly lit by hanging task lights with extension cords snaked all around. No more of that! Basement is well lit now with the touch of 2 wall switches installed at both ends of the basement. Domenic also helped get rid of the same snaky extension cord problem in my living room. Old houses weren't built for all of the many electrical devices we use these days. He helpfully suggested 4 outlet boxes thoughtfully placed in the floor along the perimeter: 2 double and 2 quadruple outlet boxes.
