I paid according to the contract terms and was treated in a sub par fashion. I never received details as to the make and model of the air conditioner installed in my home. When he did respond, the owner was arrogant and He supposedly had his email hacked and did not respond which is why emails went unanswered. I was told by the owner that my communicating via email and phone was no good, yet he was nowhere to be found on the job site for weeks in end. I did not have a cell phone number to contact him, only a number on his website. If one goes to the website, there is no way to contact anyone besides what appears to be a land line. The owner took a lot for granted in not explaining what was being installed in my home. I paid a $10,000 deposit in January 2023. I paid a $3175 deposit in June. I paid $10,000 in august. The work was not even started until September, at which time I was told an AC and heat pump was installed and it was spun that I got an upgrade that I did not pay for. Did I? I don't know as I was never given any information as to what was ordered and purchase nor what was actually delivered and installed. I placed the order in January thinking it would be installed prior to summer....that was a complete joke. When asked what the schedule was like, I was told on multiple occasions that he would be there next week only to wait and wait and wait, with no communication. The owner was evasive and cagey in his correspondence. He's obviously been in this place before. He took his money, went on vacations, was non responsive and always had an excuse. If you want to be manipulated, this is the guy for you. If you want lack of transparency, inconsistent behavior, and condescension, sign up. Here we are, in late September. I paid $32,000 to date and still don't know what was installed. If there was a rating less than zero, that is what would be assigned. Hard no.

When it came time for my actual estimate, they priced rebuilding my entire toilet, which when pressed they admitted was completely unnecessary for my issue (but would "help with future longevity"). When I asked how much it would cost just to fix my specific issue (a new filler value and flapper), they came up with the insane cost of $480. I declined. For a $15 trip to the hardware store and about 10 minutes of work with a YouTube video, now my toilet works just fine.
