They do not sign the contract a written signature should be on contract. Not cross out see whats enclsoed to support my concerns, Company does not send anything in e-mail like receipts and fully itemized bill. I had to ask for certains things. The company boasts over 40 years service but incident reports or I should say mine I was not satisfied. Otherwise workmanship was good. I am retired Govt contracts person and just look for a properly executed document. When I asked tech for written signature he wrote his name on top paper??? No where on incident report as they call see. Thus my rating of GOOD.

The agent on the phone was polite and helpful. I had a plumber at my house within 2 hours, which was a relief because I had already bailed/vacuumed out about 50 gallons of water (I have a total of four pumps - 2 submersible, two pedestal backups - lots of water). Alex, the technician, got the sump pump working again but I decided to replace it due to its age. Lowry has a price book so there's no making up the price. Also, I checked everything about the quote online to verify I'm not getting suckered. Alex did a great job working in close quarters. He used a spare pump to keep the water down while he worked. He left the work area very clean and wore shoe covers in the house.

Thanks to Robert and Ryan! But I do have 2 issues with the sales. 1. They bill me $675 for handling township electric work permitting, and the township price is $250, a 170% markup. The salesman said it is because they have to hire high-priced inspectors. I told him the $250 township fee includes the inspection. He said I was wrong. The inspector came in today and was paid by the Township. I was right. 2. The sales tried to bill me $500 for a loose house electric meter. I told him that multiple workers in the past had checked and found nothing wrong with the meter itself. Just the screws to the wall were loose. We verbally agreed that the installation crew would re-check during work and would adjust the price accordingly. Robert and Ryan did check and found nothing wrong with the meter and re-attached it back to the wall, but still charged me $400 claiming they were not allowed to adjust more than $100. I would be happy to pay premium for honest job, but $875 out of the $2,468 I paid to Ampd is for nothing. I bought the connector separately. Robert and Ryan did a good job, but the sales process as a whole was less than honest.
