We went ahead and called a different place for the scoping and it was Heckler. Good thing it was, because the technician Ed came out. Ed had no problem at all finding the problem without even scoping the pipe. He got his snake in there chipping away at the problem clog like some sort of superhero. He knew right away that the other plumber was wrong(maybe no fault of his own, he just wasn't Ed) and got right to work. Let me tell you, if you got plumbing problems give these guys a call.
