We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

The company I found was GenPro Power Systems. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained who I was, and what I was wondering, and even though they are also electrical contractors, she took the time to help me, even though she knew I was not calling as a client. That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. Thanks again!

I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. Also great job. The most recent time I had Brian replace all the Occupancy switches in my place because I was unhappy with the old ones I had chosen. Two other external light switches were replaced with versions with digital timers. Again, terrific job. I would have no problem recommending Brian for any job, his estimates have always been close to the mark and the prices fair. Update (2017-04-03): Brian and his team spent half a day yesterday replacing switches, doorbell, outlets, etc.. Another great job, done on time and fairly priced.

The following is from one of our customers.: I've been meaning to thank you for hooking us up with Menken generators. A few weeks ago after that storm the power was off for 48 hours. I actually called John at 4 pm Saturday because I knew I had to check the oil after 24 hours and I didn't have the key. He answered his phone and even remembered me. He walked me through everything and I spoke to him again 2 days later. This week his son came out and did the yearly service on the generator. Great piece of equipment and great service from the company. Worth every penny. Thank you. I called John and thanked him for being everything he said he was. I highly recommend Menken Generators. They are your partners when you purchase a generator from them. We don't use any other company for generators, even if the price isn't the lowest, the service is always the best.
