John checked it all out and gave me an estimate the next day. I had some questions. He answered them. We agreed on a start date and figured it would take about 10 business days to complete. His crew came on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. A few issues came up, as they will in a 100 year old house. They had to open a few ceilings which we were hoping wouldn't have to happen, but they were very good about conferring with us as each issue came up. They also discovered some wiring which had already been brought up to code so they told us about it and took it off the bill. I recommend Your electric now without reservation

Eddie from AD electrical was very responsive and informative when it came to my questions and…read moreconcerns. I wanted two standard 3way wired switches installed by the front door, since it was unsafe walking in the dark just to turn on the light on the other end of the room. I also requested that an exhaust fan be installed in the bathroom, since the moisture had nowhere to escape, causing water stains to show. I got a few quotes from yelp! but AD Electrical seemed to me to be the most reliable and reasable when it came to the overall price of the project as far as i can tell; I even asked him about alternate ways to save money and he broke down the pros and cons, if I chose one over the other. For example: a wired switch vs a smart one or the exhaust ducked work placed on the side of the home or on the roof, he said on the side of the home would be more expensive so we went with the roof and the best part everthing was done very quickly with no delays or hiccups. Reviewing the work after the fact l noticed that two smart switch were installed instead of what we agreed on, so there was a bit a of miscommunication there but no worries since it would have been a lot harder and more expensive to do, this way was easier and less expensive. Lastly the exhaust seems to be a quite one but I'm not sure, since it seems to be running very weak as if it can't remove the moisture from the air at an optimal pace.

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. Also great job. The most recent time I had Brian replace all the Occupancy switches in my place because I was unhappy with the old ones I had chosen. Two other external light switches were replaced with versions with digital timers. Again, terrific job. I would have no problem recommending Brian for any job, his estimates have always been close to the mark and the prices fair. Update (2017-04-03): Brian and his team spent half a day yesterday replacing switches, doorbell, outlets, etc.. Another great job, done on time and fairly priced.
