I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I would not hesitate to call them again.

John checked it all out and gave me an estimate the next day. I had some questions. He answered them. We agreed on a start date and figured it would take about 10 business days to complete. His crew came on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. A few issues came up, as they will in a 100 year old house. They had to open a few ceilings which we were hoping wouldn't have to happen, but they were very good about conferring with us as each issue came up. They also discovered some wiring which had already been brought up to code so they told us about it and took it off the bill. I recommend Your electric now without reservation

I should have gone with my instincts and said "forget it" when they said there was a $95 charge just to come out and look. When the electrician arrived, he was very professional. He told me the 220a wire going to my dryer should be replaced, which meant fishing wires through the ceiling. They quoted $1400 to go 25'. I told them I wanted a second opinion. They called me to follow up as soon as he left and lowered it to $1100. I still insisted on a second opinion. After having another electrician come out, he said the wire did not need to be replaced. It was repairable. And done so for $300. Thomas Edison is definitely taking advantage of consumers with their "coming out" fee and their overcharging. Be cautious.

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. Also great job. The most recent time I had Brian replace all the Occupancy switches in my place because I was unhappy with the old ones I had chosen. Two other external light switches were replaced with versions with digital timers. Again, terrific job. I would have no problem recommending Brian for any job, his estimates have always been close to the mark and the prices fair. Update (2017-04-03): Brian and his team spent half a day yesterday replacing switches, doorbell, outlets, etc.. Another great job, done on time and fairly priced.
