That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield

He was very much NOT happy to see me. Meanwhile, I've been calling Generac, and they've been asking for the purchase order number. The customer service rep finally called A.C.H., who refused to share the purchase order number with them. What kind of BS is that? That tells me there isn't one. They have replaced them twice at no charge but wouldn't replace a third time without cost. I called 704-776-9404 and spoke with the owner. While I appreciate the owner speaking calmly, he was doing everything to avoid having to replace a third time. After what felt like haggling for a bit, I asked him why he thought the same switches would go bad three times and he said "I do not know." At that point I realized he wasn't interested in helping, but just moving on. Any honest and reasonable person would guess that the switches are faulty and cheap. I told him I wasn't interested in paying for something I already paid for. He said he would try to get the builder to cover the cost. He said this while knowing that we both knew the builder would not cover the cost because of the warranty limits. He was only saying so to end the conversation. I mentioned how unfair it was to pay for something that didn't hold up to use longer than a year to which he had no suggestions. I told him I was going to write about my experience and that's when he hung up. Just flat out hung up. While I'm at a loss on this, you can avoid the same frustration and experience. Just avoid this company. Find one that installs products that last.
