I am trying to reorder 2 bar height stools as I ordered 2 about a year ago. When I tried to place the order online, the fabric I previously ordered is not available in the bar height stool, but is available for the counter height stool. This makes no sense as the upholstered areas of the stool in either size are exactly the same, it's just the frame that is a different size. Since you cannot email them, I chatted online with a representative who couldn't explain why this was and said he would look into it and I would be emailed within a few days with an answer. That never happened. So I called and spoke to someone who also didn't know why this was. When I requested she email me once she inquired about it, she said they don't do that, that I would have to keep checking the website every few days to see if this would change. Since they do not provide an email address, I am posting this review in the hope that someone at the company will see it and contact me. However I have no expectation that this will happen. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and have never experienced such a lack of assistance. Shame on you Pottery Barn, especially when there are so many other online retailers who will provide excellent service. Based on all of the negative online review, it seems you've lost yet another customer.
