I'm not saying the prices are the best, for example I had a bloated battery that the OEM manufacturer was quoting around $150 to replace labor and shipping included. I was quoted around $199 here, so not far off, but laptop battery replacement is actually something you can do yourself really easily so I bought the SKU from Amazon for ~$70 and already have a T5 and Phillips driver at home which I used to take the old battery out. But anyway I was using the wrong screwdriver (T4) and as a result couldn't get a stubborn screw out of the bottom to open up my laptop, and this was my problem and I was willing to pay for someone to be able to solve my absurdly trivial problem. You know, nothing ridiculous because I knew it probably wouldn't take too much effort but nothings free right? Wrong. First of all the really nice thing is diagnostic is free. So for them to tell you what's wrong and how much they will charge to fix it is $0, and since it was such a simple fix, they refused to charge me a penny. And that leaves you with a nice feeling in your heart so it's somewhere that I'm not scared to come back to and ask for help again. What's important to know is that these guys aren't that sketchy shop looking to nickel and dime you. You'll pay a fair price.
