It is located in Exton and the main area closer to giant and other stores. This target has it all, contains grocery items, clothing, stationery, school supplies, small furniture sections, and seasonal items. I go to this place for seasonal items for Halloween, Christmas time, Easter, etc , and that go to place for toys collection for kids' birthday parties. I have shopped at this location multiple times for school supplies, and the quality is great. The customer service is great and will address all your questions and needs. The store checkout lines are easier, and the parking lot is plenty!! read more

Do not shop here! Purchased over $300 worth of product. My father had just died after being in hospice and I was trying to catch up on my shopping. I was not expecting to be treated as horrible as I was. At the register, the coupons that I was warranted did not print out and I was having trouble with the app. The cashier told me to go to customer service. I came across a young woman who approached me with an attitude that I was some sort of criminal. She sighed and was not listening to my situation, which was not my fault, but the systems mistake. I gave her my receipt and product and she rolled her eyes until I could see that she realized that I was not a criminal. She was a judgmental nightmare. I know I wasn't dressed well,(my dad just died and I was just trying to do the next right thing), but I didn't deserve the horrible treatment. I called the store manager to complain and she didn't respond like she cared that her employees are horrible with customer service. I will never go back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! PS. Ordered stuff online for pick up and sometimes get groceries. Their fruit, vegetables, meat are all spoiled. These people don't look as it is so visible there is mold on the strawberries, meat is discolored or a cucumber is flimsy and rotten to Touch. The service is generally good to very good. Selection always meets my needs. And we find the Value very often is top notch!

They had everything we looked for and spent a reasonable amount of money for how much stuff we got with no problem, but they had no bags and we had to put all of our groceries in the cart with no bags except two that we had bring from the car. I understand that the cotton bags are better for the environment, but I would rather walk out with plastic bags than no bags. Otherwise it was great experience. read more

If you buy online from TARGET.COM you are on your own! Customer Service is offshore, not connected to your local store and if you order a 300.00 rug for instance, and it comes in the wrong size, and you return it the very next day with a mailing label they give you- you may not receive a refund for weeks. And there is no one who can help you, online customer service will lie to you, local store can't help you: you just have to keep calling them. It's the worst. Absolutely horrible. If you want to order online- use Amazon or Walmart NOT Target online. You might as well just throw your money on your lawn. read more

I was looking to get two matching wire baskets. One of them was in good condition, but the other matching baskets were bent. I asked about getting the defective one discounted, and the young man at Returns and Exchanges honestly told me that if they took it back, they could not put it out for sale. He let me take it for free and apologized. What great customer service he gave! Wish I would have looked at his name tag so I could shout him out. read more

Where to begin. Some of the employees are the rudest people I've ever met. The cashier, Aimee, had a snide look on her face and when I asked her a question she said in a nasty tone of voice, "I don't know'". The rudest! There was also a stalker who was pushing a pallet on the left side of the aisle. I was on the right side heading in the opposite direction. He refused to move around and I had to do it. What is wrong with people today? I'm sick of the jerks of the world. Then I tried calling to speak with the manager about it, don't care if anyone thinks I'm a Karen, because these people were clearly millennials! They both had attitudes. When trying to press one of the many buttons they have, the phone was disconnected every time. No wonder why they have such a low rating. Won't waste my time there again! read more

Tried to return a gift I bought on black Friday on Jan 1st. Most retailers realize black Friday purchases are Christmas gifts and the return period starts on Dec 25th. The 15 day return policy should start on Dec 26th. Not Target according to the return desk who pointed to the receipt which stated it had to be returned by Dec 8th. So if you are going to shop at Target on Black Friday, move your family's Christmas up, or no returns. Instead I will just go to Best Buy, as they have a realistic return policy. lesson learned. read more

It's a good store, lots of merchandise, low-priced groceries, and occasional good sales on DVDs. The staff has always been friendly at the store. It's just too large for me, since I cannot get around that well. if it weren't for the size, I would probably take my time and look at more stuff to potentially purchase, but the store is just too large. If I'm going for groceries, I had to that side of the store. If I'm going for clothes or electronics or home items then I head for only that side of the store. My limited mobility makes me explore the store less. Overall, though, I really enjoy shopping at this particular target. I feel the service is better here than it the other Exton location closer to the mall. read more

I always go to this Target, but my most recent visit was absolutely outstanding as far as customer service goes. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I reached out to one of the employees to see if they might be able to help. Luckily Josh was the person I asked, and he was extremely enthusiastic with doing everything he could to help me! My prescriptions were filled in a timely manner. Good customer service and price point options. At one point it was suggested that I buy an over the counter allergy medicine because my insurance wasn't going to cover it. The OTC price was 40 tablets for $8.99, and the prescription was 90 tablets for $15.99. Needless to say I went with the prescription, but they managed to get the price down to $10, and since it was a prescription I was able to user my FSA card through my job whereas OTCs are not covered. Starbucks: The worker was incompetent. I am not a regular at Starbucks at all and they had those sweets on display, I don't know what every one was. There was a sign for one on display saying "pumpkin sugar cookie" for $1.95. So I asked for it along with a drink. The cashier rang it up for $2.45. I told her the sign says $1.95, then she said that another worker had put up a wrong sign. You expect me to pay for yall's mistake? I don't know what that sweet was up there but I wanted it and I'm paying $1.95 for it, according to that sign. I walked away. I was hungry and now I'm one angry mom.
