I have used the mattress protector I bought with the mattress every day we have ever used the bed, so it is a mystery to me. I'm still not sure how sweat stains have anything to do with the mattress springs that have clearly failed making this mattress unusable. Lesson learned - I will never again do business with a company that clearly uses a BS loophole in their warranty to avoid replacing an obviously defective mattress.

They showed up this morning and refused to take it because it was soaking wet and unwrapped. We TOLD them it was unwrapped. We told the crew it was unacceptable. She ensured we received full credit and the replacement mattress was delivered today (within 24 hrs). Very pleased with Lisa's assistance and recommendation. Mattress firm offers another 120 test and exchange policy even on this replaced mattress. The delivery team showed up on time and was very friendly and professional - The knew how to move the mattress upstairs and the new mattress was in place and the old one removed within about 10 minutes.

I used a carpet cleaner to clean but the stain did not come out. I took pictures, filed a claim within 3 days of the incident. Guardian Protection denied my claim saying I did not file the claim within 30 days. WHAT A SCAM. I paid $500 for the rug + $ for goof proof. After 20 months, the carpet looks like crap. The new stains won't clean and normal foot traffic won't clean, nothing cleans out of the carpet. What is the purpose of Goof Proof? I want to leave a review for the rug but the option to do so is not available. I am guessing other customers have had a bad experience with that same rug. I have purchased other items from Bob's in the past. But I will not buy another item from them. Stand behind your products, your warranty policy. Get an insurance company that will uphold the terms of the Goof Proof agreement.

I called Mark at Magic Sleeper to discuss the top only replacement. Mark was very friendly and encouraging. He assured me the zipper was easy to remove and less expensive than buying the entire lower case. Mailing the zipper in a padded envelope was $8.75. From the day I mailed it to the day our new topper arrived was exactly 2 weeks. The pillow top topper is beautiful and fit PERFECTLY! No issues what-so-ever zipping it back on the the lower half. I then bought a Serta 3" firm memory foam and replaced the original, worn 'egg crate foam'. (had to buy a king size and trim it down which was easy).
