Visited this location to checkout student desk and chair. The staff greeted us on arrival and guided us to the area. But we didn't see enough collections to make a decision. But this store is huge and contains lot of Furnitures like Sofa, Dining tables, Bed frames and large selection of mattress etc. This is a store definitely worth checking. Absolutely terrible! Ordered furniture, had it delivered, and the delivery crew broke our furniture. Broke our chair, ripped the sofa in many spots, and ripped the love seat. Called to get it fixed, got the run around, told them what happened and what needed to be fixed. After arguing they said they would send someone out to fix it, and they would send materials to our house. Materials that were sent, were not enough. Ashley didn't allot the appropriate amount of time for the work. If I could make this zero stars I would. Place is terrible, for what you pay it's not worth it. I ordered a furniture set from here and waited a month for it to arrive. Which was fine- and I was aware of the wait. When it was delivered the delivery men were careless and poor problem solvers. Instead of stopping and recalibrating, they kept banging it into the house. I watched them drag it on the road on the arm rest of the couch. Every piece of furniture has a defect in it. I spoke to customer service and had a master craftsman come out. They didn't not want to swap furniture yet. They didn't order the right equipment for the craftsman or put the right amount of time to do the job. There is a whole day worth of damage for the craftsman to do. Rebuilding. They couldn't do it as scheduled. I will never order there again. This has turned into my problem not theirs- unacceptable. read more

The service was amazing. First, we were not attacked by sales people. This is typically what happens when you walk into a furniture store. Then when I was ready to talk to a sales person and told her exactly what we were looking for and when we needed it by, she went out of her way to let us know what our choices were. Checking out was seamless, there were a few hiccups only because the set we got was on clearance (so lucky - it is gorgeous), but they fixed it fast. It was just a really enjoyable experience because of the people that worked there. The manager Stacey Gray was professional, personable, lovely and helpful! Also we saw her working with a new employee and she was so patient and kind. Very impressed. Buying furniture in store is always a very painful long process. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a bedroom set from here and had premium delivery/installation however the delivery team was unable to put in a handle on the dresser and there were no slats with the order. When the slats finally arrived and were installed they broke multiple times shortly after due to how they were installed. Tried to come back and order another piece of furniture giving the store another chance and I was verbally assaulted in my home by the delivery driver to the point I had to file a police report and nothing was done to address this issue from the store. Horrible experience and horrendous customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

I recently bought a recliner. Not just any recliner but one of the 0 wall recliners. I loved it because it has a short seat depth, my feet even hit the floor! I'm 5'3 and have short legs. Update 1: They delivered the wrong color couches, now we have to wait for unknown amount of time. Update 2: Second time delivery the couches have cut on the leather ans staples showing out. Update 3: same issue couches have cuts again Update 4: we ordered these couches in June. This is the 4th delivery 8/31/2023 and they are damaged again. I do not recommend Ashley at this point beacuse they haven't fix the situation going on pass 2 months now. They wasting our time. Every time we have to prepare for the couches to be removed and delivered and take off time from work. The only thing they have offered so far is 3% off our next purchase. First let me nominate Richard Hernandez for salesman of the year. Now for the complaint, I purchased $3802.00 of bedding, and in that amount was a charge of $60.00 for removal of mattress and box springs, it's in the contract. When the crew finished setting up the new bed they were leaving without taking the 60 dollars worth of old bedding. They told us that they couldn't take the old stuff because it wasn't rapped with plastic. Nobody ever told me I had to supply my own plastic bag, or I might have bought some, nah, I would not have bought any bags ,especially since it was part of the contract. To make matters worse, I called Friday and Saturday left a message those two days and didn't receive a call back.
